The works listed under After-Action Report seem to be split between Literature, Fan Fic, and Let's Play. What should be done about this?

Why should anything be done about it? Are any of the individual works clearly miscategorized?

Keeping things consistently categorized makes it easier to find and sort through. So far, the differences between namespaces are clearly defined and sorted, with this being the only exception as far as I know.

I was surprised to find out that all the works combined had 578 wicks (excluding the wicks that come from the index), which is a lot more than I expected. About half of those are from Record of Lodoss War alone.

An After-Action Report may be in video form or in text form. Besides, the Literature/ <-> FanFic/ namespace distinction is a) arbitrary and b) at odds with the normal namespace use, which is based on mediums.
