What Would a Card-Carrying Villain Think of an Above Good and Evil Character?

We all know there are villains who embrace their villainy and others who dismiss morality as a meaningless concept. So how would a villain who flaunts his evil nature deal with another that sees good and evil as relative terms?

Generally I would expect such a character to look down on the one who, in their mind, was not brave enough to admit what they wanted.

Also possible for a CCV to view the BGAE as a threat, in the "I only wish to rule the world, they wish to destroy it" sense.

These kinds of questions are pointless, because the answer to a question like, "How would X character archetype react to Y character archetype?" is always, "However the writer wants them to."

We can look at existing cases to see patterns, however. I can't think of any offhand, but I'm sure they exist. I'd imagine that the Card-Carrying Villain would feel contempt for the Above Good and Evil character because they engage in moral sophistry to excuse their actions, rather than just fessing up to it. Meanwhile, the AGE character would likely regard the CCV as a clown without any guiding moral principles beyond "being evil".
