Well, the Pharmacist lady is really, really cute.
It's been fun.She also doesn't/didn't believe in The Curse.
But then, how would anyone believe in it without seeing what it does to people's lives.
but maybe somewhereForce field causing the Curse is a nice way of tying the various elements of the world into a coherent whole.
Well, one thing that's important to note with this is that this implies that the Curse reaches out of the Abyss. That can't be a good sign.
It's been fun.But the Force Field only exists in the Abyss right?
I think so, as much as it's explained in the show.
I'm sure the fever and the force field are already pretty well explained in the manga, but just going off of the fact that Kiyui was fine as soon as he left the island, it must be something to do with the Curse, right?
It's been fun. Some much needed exposition, and just enough of plot progression. Good/10
My angry rant blog! And the beautiful thing is that none of this information is anything that any delver would know about.
Almost a thousand years of existence with the abyss and the only reason we as the audience know any of this is because of one character who just happened to gain abilities that let them figure some of this out.
Ever wonder why there hasn't been a top-down view of any parts of the abyss? The real delver's experience means just going at it blind and hoping to not die.

but maybe somewhereThat said, the Rough Map of the Netherworld is pretty damn coherent for something cobbled together from hearsay from either possibly insane non-White Whistles or certifiably insane White Whistles past the 4th layer.
It's been fun.You probably have to have some screws loose to even begin trying to understand how to map out part of this hellhole. Probably like a less-gross cartographical variant of Al-Hazred transcribing the Kitab al-'Azif.
They only got as far as getting a vertical cross section of the place. They probably can't make a good overhead view because that might require going up and down the inclines and cliffs that are all over the place.
but maybe somewhereCrap, you posted it before I did.
Well, time to sit back and give it a listen then.
"When I was alive, I was a tender soul. Now, I am tenderloin." -Nanako (Senryuu Shoujo)Well, I expect that the finale this week will cover the end of volume 3 and a few chapters beyond it, depending on how quickly that whole thing is wrapped up.
It's been fun.I actually like the instrumental music more than the songs.
My angry rant blog!Whatever it is they have to show, they're confident enough in it that they feel like they can release it in theaters. Just like episode 1.
but maybe somewhereActually, I just learned than One Piece and DBS were gonna have an hour-long episode too around the same time… Maybe it's just a special occasion?
Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo. That is also kind of nuts. Is there just something we're not seeing right now?
"When I was alive, I was a tender soul. Now, I am tenderloin." -Nanako (Senryuu Shoujo)Well, today is the day. Today is the day for horrible things happening.
It's been fun. It's fine. It'll actually be uplifting.
Expect new episode in as soon as 2 1/2 hours.
"When I was alive, I was a tender soul. Now, I am tenderloin." -Nanako (Senryuu Shoujo)Double-post, but episode just finished airing in Japan. You can try looking for the episode endcard, which I presume was made by the author himself.
That bottom-left though.

"When I was alive, I was a tender soul. Now, I am tenderloin." -Nanako (Senryuu Shoujo)Just about done with volume 5 (chapter 38).
I hope they kill Bondrewd. He's a fucking monster.
It's been fun.Red Savant...
New episode's out, by the way. We Weren't Memeing: Part 2.
"When I was alive, I was a tender soul. Now, I am tenderloin." -Nanako (Senryuu Shoujo)Yeah, yeah, I know it's the anime thread. But they had the volumes right at face height at my local bookstore! I couldn't resist!
It's been fun.Not actually what I was talking about, but good to know they've already published that far in the Occident. I was referring to the fact that if you've read Chapter 38, then you have a pretty good idea on what happens to him.
That aside, the manga. Pretty good shit, right?
Here's a beautiful endcard◊, by the way.

That eye contact sequence with Riko was somehow one of the most intimate things I've seen in a long time. I mean, even romance moments and sexually charges scenes have felt colder and more distant in comparison to that.
I'm pretty sure they really were touching eyeballs for a moment there.
but maybe somewhere
