Saw a trailer for this and it was honestly scarier than Alien: Isolation. Because it seems so mundane. And he is an Implacable Man - It's because he just looks so... normal.
Just giving this thread a bump since the game is officially out today.
I got an email with a coupon for 20% off the cost. I decided "What the hell, why not?" and nabbed it. I plan to install and gone it a whirl even I get home.
I've seen a few videos here and there but never played any preference pre-release versions.

Hello Neighbor 2 gameplay proper
Secret Neighbor Is getting a rocket based update
Don’t know if I have the courage to play this game… may watch the animated series, at least:
Hello Neighbor is the creepy game in which you try to investigate the house of your creepy neighbor. It's big thing is the AI used by the neighbor that you have to exploit to avoid being discovered by him. There's a bit of dissonance between the cartoonish look of the game and the pure scariness of Daylight Horror.
Just got a presser for it:
The game launches on PC and Xbox One on August 29th.
What's exciting about Alpha Access is that players can see how the game evolved from a simple prototype into a complex puzzle that nobody has been able to solve yet.
The Steam Page has a free DEMO which is the Pre-Alpha. And for people who pre-purchase, 4 Alphas will open up. We will be discarding Alpha Access when the game launches.
