While we're waiting for rollback, have a Raditz overview because that mod never showed up here afaik.

There are still a lot of borrowed animations (and yet another mostly unchanged level 3, this time from Bardock). However, there's a bit more method to the reuse this time around, as many of these moves are taken to match ones he had in other games, such as Extreme Butoden and Xenoverse 2. He also has more custom animations than many other modded characters do.

Bad news: Rollback beta has been delayed.

Good news: New balance patch is out.

Looks like some wild changes. The meter gain nerf on the top tiers seems really nasty, but a lot of other characters got some big buffs.

Hilarious news, considering they announced Rollback while simultaneously saying they had no plans for another balance patch. And now Rollback has taken so long that they've done a balance patch before it.

Standing Medium Attack - Increased movement distance.

What.

Captain Ginyu

Standing Heavy Attack - Increased movement value. - Can now call in the Ginyu Force during the spin attack.

Apparently Freeza also got a new slower version of his big ball throw special too. Or at least that's what GO 1 found.

And you can superdash off of beams now so Cooler just got a tad more beansariffic.

Me, a fool: They can't possibly buff Beerus's 2M any more. It already goes full screen.

Arcsys: It now goes through projectiles.

Except for "low projectiles", whatever the hell that means. Guess it's not immune to Cooler's earthshaker move, but what else???

Also apparently you can do something with Ginyu's uncharged Level 1 and specials/superdash, but I haven't figured out what yet. It doesn't seem to be directly canceling the super into them, I've tried that.

I've heard that it only works for the Level 2 variant.

Just tried it, it's indeed the level 2 variant. You can also do it to multiple times in one combo, so stuff like Level 2 to Level 2 to Level 3 is possible.

Oh dear. It appears long suffering bottom tier prince Bluegeta no longer needs help. Shoyoumomo is probably suffering right now. Pictured is a clip of Bluegeta doing a 6900 meterless combo that builds 3 bars too.

Half the cast is eating good with this patch.

And then there's Trunks.

He got hit with the nerf bat huh? ASW musta took issues with Lonely's inverse slander too.

Trunks actually got buffed, but he unfortunately doesn't benefit as much from his buffs as most of the other recipients.

Aww. Well at least Lonely won't be malding, he's been turning Future Trunks into something of a guy who actually gets things done.

Oh geeze yeah I tried out Bluegeta and that autocombo Big Bang Attack comboing into a second Big Bang Attack leads to absolutely stupid damage even just doing really basic combos.

looks like baby has some sauce to spare too

I wonder how will the sequel work? If there is one that is….
