One particular thing I put in that I'm unsure about: The bit on Chainmail Bikini under Pitfalls: Some people argue that it should not be used, ever. I myself am of the opinion that it can be gotten away with under certain circumstances (chief among them being that the work is not attempting to be realistic), just that most of the time it's inappropriate and stupid.
