Looked at the trope examples and...I vote bench IP until we can sort out the trope, probably in TRS. On one hand there's the figurative meaning (hero's thrust into the call), and on the other, there's the phrase taken literally (swallowed by a creature).

It seems clear to me (from the description) that the intended meaning of the trope is the figurative one, part of The Hero's Journey. The examples involving literal creature insides should have been added to Ribcage Stomach, Swallowed Whole, or Womb Level. The suggested image would make that problem worse. It just needs an example cleanup.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Not just example, but wick and probably a rename as well. Literal happens pretty often and often a shoutout to Pinocchio and such.
