Hopefully this goes here. I've been thinking about the Nick Verse. I already know the tropes page for it is woefully incomplete, lacking mentions of even stuff as obvious and blatant as the Rugrats Go Wild film merging Rugrats with Wild Thornberries, lending further credence to the idea of a Klasky Csupoverse. I plan on doing some research, i.e. watching a bunch of cartoons.
But based on the information that is on the Trope Page, I've created a visualization for the Nick Verse as it is known to Tropedom.

As you can see, all of them are interconnected... but whether or not Big Time Rush shares its universe with the Prime Nickverse is a difficult decision to make, so they can't simply be said to all be the same universe.
I'll also be checking to see if they fit into the Tommy Westphall Universe Hypothesis.
