Should Speaking Simlish include written examples or remove them?

I recently had occasion to add an example to the Speaking Simlish trope page, when I noticed that a good number of the examples there are of written words, or involved speech conveyed to the audience through a written medium. That would seem to place this with significant overlap with Pictorial Speech-Bubble or Wingdinglish.

It wouldn't be all that hard to create a trope that deals only with *written* versions of Simlish. It's certainly tropable and the reasons for its use, thought similar, are distinct.

It also wouldn't be all that hard to explicitly change the definition of Speaking Simlish to allow Simlish that's either written or spoken (or, heck, any other method). I'm not sure what the best way to deal with this is but the definition should really be updated to take one side or the other.
