Dieter is probably not within earshot to hear, but they are most likely at the bar, drinking some ale with Horowitz.

Looks like dey're busy havin' a drink with deir new pal, Marly. (Marsha remarks.)

Marlon > Marsha

Figures. Anyway, guess we should start heading for our room then?

(I ask.)

(I look at the brightly colored lizard after I finished my Figy berry sandwich.) I guess you could bunk with me. (What's the harm?)

After a pronounced duration of silence from Mila as she works her way through the sandwich stored inside her cheek pouches, she swallows the last bite and looks over to Finley and Niles to ensure that they haven't left to go to their room just yet.

"Oof, I don't think that was my best idea yet. I feel like I need to rest after eating so much so quickly... we can discuss more tomorrow, right?"

I finish my pizza, yawn, and rest my head on the table. I'm starting to feel so sleepy…

Well thank you, monsieur. (Sunny says to Grigori.)

Well, if you're ready, Marly. (Marsha says. She turns to Sunny.) Take it you going ta stay out here a bit longer, Frills?

Hmm...maybe for a minute or two. (Sunny says, looking down at her still half-finished sandwich.) I am not quite finished with my food, and perhaps I may chat with the others still out here. Also...if you do not mind, madamme Marsha,    WOULD YOU PLEASE JUST CALL ME SUNNY?   

(The other patrons are startled. Marsha jumps back.) Okay, okay, geez, sorry!

Oh dear...I did not mean it like that...that was only my voice... (Sunny says, pulling her hat down over her face.) I deplore it when I sound like that...

Oh, okay. (Marsha says, somewhat relieved.) Well, night, Sunny. Night, fellas! Sleep well wheneva ya head ta bed.

(Marsha turns to Marlon.) Ready ta go?

(Alright, now that the room issue is settled for at least- and suddenly an outburst. Okay... I hoped to whatever god's out there that she doesn't snore like that. It's bad enough that there's that thing inside my head, now I might have to worry about something like that. Either way, I decided to stick around until she's ready to leave.)

Dieter turns after hearing Sunny's unintended outburst.

"Dang... didn't expect that... feel sorry for her, though..."

Marlon > Marsha

Yeah, I'm ready. Let's be on our way.

(I say, getting up (but waiting) for Marsha before I continue.)

(Marsha gets up to follow Marlon. After making sure Marlon can easily walk on his bandagedup leg, she grins, gives another wave to the others, and begins heading out of the cafe.)

(Sunny, meanwhile, turns to everyone else with her hat still over her head.) I am so sorry... (She says.) I wish I knew how to control my voice, but I have no idea how to...if I even can at all...

Dieter gives a slurred response.

"Eh... you'll find a way. If you don't get it handled, period, down the line..."

"If it is out of your control, Madam, then it is in no way your fault", said Noriaki, "I do hope your situation approves sooner rather than later."

Oui...but I do not even know where to start as far as controlling or even fixing my voice altogether will go. (Sunny sighs.) My career is ruined and I have annoyed almost everyone else I have met. My friends have abandoned me and I'll never have any again, whether zey are just friends or something more. Oh, the sadness! The anguish I feel over m-my ruined l-life! I think I...I-I may...

(Sunny doesn't even finish one of her dramatic monologues before she buries her face in her arms and begins sobbing, with occasional whimpers of " I am ruined...!" mixed in.)

(I lead her to the room that I could only assume was the one we were just checked into. After surveying said room (which includes two beds, but really, we only need one), among other things, I settle onto the bed.)

Man, what a day.

"Hey. Heyyyy."

Dieter comes stumbling over and says something in Sunny's ear.

"There's a place called Danjor Island. Husband of one of the people working here and friend of mine's going there. You'll be fiiiiiiine. I mean, I can be your friend. Woulda been willing to bunk with you if my other plans hadn't work out. Jusstop the theatrics and you'll be fiiiiine."

Noriaki seemed to want to console Sunny, but he sees that Dieter is handling it already fine.

Hotel Room

Hoo boy, yer tellin' me, Marly... (Marsha sighs, throwing herself onto the closest bed.) I just wanna go ta sleep and not wake up for a whole week!

Cafe

(Sunny looks up, some tears still coming down her black face.) Merci, mon amie... (She says to Dieter. Then she sits up a bit taller and looks at him, a curious expression on her face.) May I ask what zis zis Danjor Island is and why are people you know going there?

"Oh, yeah... 'pparently there's a spring there. Deals with curses. Richie's goin so he doesn't keep turning other people into him. I'm probably gonna get my thing cured there. Heck, you should go too..."

"Uhh, hey... I don't have a problem with your voice changing... but if you want to get rid of it, you can."

Marlon > Marsha, hotel room

I feel much the same way right now to be honest, but tomorrow we've probably got to already get moving. I just wonder what Goobert and crew are up to right now.

(I say.)

(As I watch on as the Girafarig comforts her as I heard the Porygon's "answer" and responded, with a mild bit of sarcasm.) Don't tell me that "stop talking" is your suggestion...

Róisín, having long since finished her food, simply gets up and heads off to presumably bunk with Noriaki. Even if there's still conversation going on, she feels in no position to join in with any of it.

(I replied.) Oh. I thought you were suggesting something. My bad. (I look around and I responded to the Heliolisk.) I'll be in the room when you're done, okay? (I head there to rest for the day, hopefully peacefully.)
