Broken Aesop has the requirement of being unintentional, and Spoof Aesop seems to have the requirement of being Played for Laughs.

From the description of the former trope: "For intentional Broken Aesops Played for Laughs, see Spoof Aesop."

From the description of the latter trope: "See also Broken Aesop for when "action doesn't support the aesop" is unintentional."

Now, what trope would it be if An Aesop is both intentionally broken and Played for Drama?

Probably a variant of Broken Aesop. Just a generic description like that doesn't really say how it would play out, and as such anything specific about what trope or tropes it would fall under. Could be a Deconstructed Trope, an Exploited Trope, or something else entirely.
