  • The skies burst into flame, the earth shook and the seas dried up. Humanity was crushed, civilization dried to dust and Omnia brought Earth under our control.

-Volturi Pagna, The Book of Invasion.

  • This is truly our darkest hour.

- President Harold Ruther

Seventy years ago, the riders appeared. They were alien beings, armored in steel not seen before, saying that humanity would be facing a siege from the Legion. No one believed them of course, even as they fought against alien beings that hid under our notice but we never believed them and continued to squabble among ourselves. Then the Legion arrived on our doorstep and within an hour, every super power on the planet banded together to fight off the invaders.

It wasn't enough. The oceans dried up, Asia was burnt off the face of the earth. That was sixty years ago. Humanity is rendered as cattle, I've heard stories of them being turned into more of those soldiers or being turned into food. I've chosen not to believe any of them, but they're probably true.

My name is Caleb and I'm the leader of one of the last human bastions; Hoover. It used to be water-Puget Sound is what the elders called it. We live in the remnants of an old aircraft carrier. We drink the rain, when it does rain and we hunt some of the bizarre, alien fauna.

Something's happening, People have been finding belts-weird, almost mechanical belts-some in the hull of the ship, some outside. Those fiddling around with them have transformed-just for a moment, into one of the old riders.

Maybe, just maybe this is a sign that humanity isn't finished yet.

The dawn of man has finally come to end. This world is a mix between Mad Max and Logan, a western themed post-apocalyptic wasteland. You can either be a member of Hoover, or you can be a wanderer who made your way there. Someway, somehow you found a belt. That makes you a target.

  • Human Form
    • Name: It's the apocalypse, just please not too much Mad Max. I don't want anyone named Tenderloin or Lord Humongous.
    • Age and Gender: Oldest allowed is mid-sixties. These belts seem to give you some of your physical prowess back
    • Appearance: Remember, you've been living in a wasteland in a boat for years-no fresh tuxedos or fancy outfits. Rags, beaten up jackets-stuff like that.
    • Personality: A paragon of man, or one without scruples?
    • Backstory: How'd you find the belt?
    • Abilities: What makes you useful to Hoover?
  • Rider Form
    • Title: All of the riders had a name-some sort of title, what is yours? You instinctively know this.
    • Appearance: Please, include the belt and a brief explanation of how they transform.
    • Equipment: Swords, bows, guns, spears, stuff like that.
    • Ride: Do you summon a motorcycle, a car or some alien steed or glider?
    • Abilities: Does it boost your fighting skills? Super strength? Allow you to fly? Please list finishing moves.
    • Forms: Some riders have found out they have multiple forms, found any?
Well, just holler if you need help. And good luck out in the wasteland.

Very interested. I do want to ask if there are any specific "types" of rider belt that you'd prefer in the RP, such as more simplistic belts (such as W and Skull's Lost Drivers and most of the pre-Decade belts), or belts that don't have many external accessories needed to change form.

Kamen Rider Amazons Garo And pretty much anything called Kamen Rider.

I'd also reccomend The X-Files and Twin Peaks but that's beside the point.

Human Form

  • Name: Serena "Ree" Azalea
  • Age and Gender: 21, Female
  • Appearance: Serena is a petite young woman of barely above five feet. She has blonde hair drawn up to twintails and bright green eyes. She wears old jackets and sweaters, her pale skin marred by dirt and grime and gunpowder. Her face is set in a perpetual scowl, with a constantly pissed off look on her face. Of course, the most striking thing about her is...well, she's in a wheelchair. Ree's legs are useless, a spinal injury rendering them inoperative.
  • Personality: Angry. That sums up most of the ironically named Serena's personality. Grumpy, antisocial and prone to raging. Blunt, brutally honest and with a thirst to prove herself. As such she often tries to act "tough", although her reckless edge almost always causes her to embarass herself. Ree is a prude and easily embarassed, and when she's not raging she's awkward socially. She's a lover of old movies and comics and will fangirl to anyone she's close to (read: her sister). Ree also spends her days sketching and painting, the one thing she's talented at, as she says. At her core, Ree is protective and with a strong sense of justice. Loyal and devoted, she would never abandon anyone who gets pass her barriers. She is also very insecure about her condition and her dependence to her sister, feeling like she's dragging her down. The reason why she's so angry....are those alien bastards. How dare they do this to earth? Our planet is our home and humanity deserves to live freely. They kill and destroy...ugh! She'll kill them all!
  • Backstory: Serena Azalea was born in Toronto, Ontario to a normal family. Toronto being one of the few civilizations left in Canada, she grew up as normal as can be in a world of war. She loved her parents dearly and had a happy childhood. She especially loved reading comics, her favorite character being the feral mutant hero, Wolverine. And then her home fell. Her parents killed and her legs rendered useless, Serena raged at the unfairness of it all. She thought she would die...but...somehow, she lived. Rescued by a kind woman, Gwen Remington, Ree was adopted by Gwen and her wife and raised alongside their other adopted daughter, Juliett in their home in New Orleans. Serena was resentful and angry at first but in time she grew to love her new family. Of course, the invaders were merciless and her new parents also perished. Juliett carried Serena to safety and the two managed to escape. Struggling to survive, the two girls were taking shelter in a ruin when they found the belts. Fuelled by her anger at the monsters who destroyed her homes, Serena Azalea wholeheartedly embraced the power.
  • Abilities: Well, mostly being a Rider meant that Hoover couldn't afford to let her go. Aside from that, Ree has an eidetic memory and amazing at drawing, and as such the perfect scout and mapmaker (in Rider form, obviously). A damn good shot even in normal form as well. And of course, her sheer viciousness. People trying to bully the poor crippled girl had their knees smashed by a wrench before.

Rider Form

  • Title: Kamen Rider Fenrir, The Guardian Wolf
  • Appearance: Kamen Rider Fenrir takes on the form of a silver knight with a wolf's head helm. The eyes glow bright red and she wears an all encompassing red cape. Her chest has red lines between her breast plate and the rest of her armor. Her belt resembles a standard advent rider's belt but her card reciever takes the form of a wolf's head on her shoulder. Her gauntlets are bulkier than the rest of her armor, having three "ports" on the her knuckles, like tubes or holes.
  • Equipment: Her standard equipment mostly consists of her "Drive Deck", a deck of cards housed in her belt that she can insert into her receiver at any time. Additionally, her default weaponry takes the form of six razor sharp claws that emerge from the ports on her knuckles...much like her childhood hero, Wolverine.
  • Ride: Serena's wheelchair also transforms as she becomes Fenrir, becoming Alpha Drive, her motorcycle. Heavily armored and nigh-unstoppable, the silver machine is usually used to ram enemies at high speed, impaling them on the vicious spikes mounted on the front.
  • Abilities: Aside from giving the basic added strength, speed and durability of a Kamen Rider (although in Fenrir's case, she's physically imposing, even for a Rider.), the armor also grants Fenrir amazing senses of smell, hearing, and even sight, as well as a non negligible healing factor. Not to say that Fenrir is immortal, just that she can take a lot of punishment and shallow cuts are healed almost instantly. Immediately fatal and even major injuries take much longer and she might even die before her factor kicks in. Pain is not suppressed. Aside from this, her abilities in her default form are centered on her Drive Deck. Her cards follow:
    • Weapon Drive: Summons her secondary weapon. A large, doubled headed halberd appears in Fenrir's hand for longer reach. The Halberd takes on the element of her current form. By default, it's just really good at cutting things.
    • Shoot Drive: The ports on Fenrir's gauntlets become automatic machine guns, giving her a ranged option.
    • Final Wolf Drive: Fenrir emits a red aura shaped like a giant wolf, increasing her physical attributes even more and pushing her healing factor into overdrive. Fenrir then rushes the opponent and brutally overwhelms them with savage barrage with her claws, ending with the iconic Rider Kick Serena detransforms after using this drive.
    • Ride Drive: Summons Alpha Drive to ram the enemy before she jumps on.
    • Change Drive: Five cards that Fenrir uses to change to her special forms. As of now, three are blank and two are usable.
  • Forms:
    • Fuoco Form: The Empress of Flames
      • Activation Phrase: "I am become Light."
      • The Light of Courage. Fuelled by selfless bravery and the will to protect those you care for. Fuoco turns Fenrir's armor bright red, and her cape into a mantle of flames. Her left gauntlet is replaced by a great shield, and her right gauntlet by burning sword.
      • Element Drive: Fuoco controls flame. Flames to burn and flames to warm are Fuoco's domain, and this drive allows Fenrir to call forth both flaming bolts and warming sparks. She can conjure the flames from nothing and she never runs out.
      • Knight Drive: A Rider protects the innocent. Knight Drive allows Fenrir to take an attack meant for anyone else, warping to their side and using her body as a shield. Her cape of flames wrap around her and lessens the damage taken.
      • Final Flame Drive: Fenrir raises her sword, chaining enemies in shackles of flame. She brings the blade down, letting loose a deluge of fire to cleanse evil.
    • Tempesta Form: The Seraphic General
      • Activation Phrase: "Rage on, my soul!"
      • The Light of Justice. Fuelled by righteous anger and hatred of evil. Tempesta transforms Fenrir into a Knight of purest white, and her cape turns black as night, with stars and galaxies twinkling within. She is armed with twin shortswords, one white, the other black.
      • Element Drive: Tempesta controls storms. The Seraphic General commands thunder and lightning to strike down her foes.
      • Berserker Drive: A Rider must strike evil down whenever she finds them. This Drive supresses Fenrir's healing factor, but in exchange heavily boosts her power and removes inhibition, turning her into a tempest of rage that destroys everything in her path. Highly dangerous to both friend and foe, this Drive truly is a weapon of last resort.
      • Final Storm Drive: Fenrir passes judgement on Evil. Cloaked with lightning, The Seraphic General charges at her foes and brutally assaults them with her swords. Finally, she stabs them and uses her swords as a focus, calling down a bolt of judgement from the heavens to destroy the enemy.

Here's my Rider, heavily influenced by Kamen Rider Blade.

Human Form

  • Name: Juliett "Jules" Remington-Ankou
  • Age and Gender: 22, Female
  • Appearance: Just a doting, loving big sister. Take away the knife in her hands and you've got Jules in a nutshell.
  • Personality: In contrast to her fiery-tempered adoptive sister, Jules is calm yet relaxed all the time. She's got incredible intelligence and a sharp wit, and an uncanny skill for playing mind games with her opponents (mostly involving her predicting what they'll say next). Though she's willing to make jokes to lighten a dreary mood, she knows there's a time and place for that, and places more importance on taking care of her sister above all else...sometimes even above her own well-being. She internally feels horrible about Ree having to rely on her so much, only wanting her to be able to live as freely as she can. And she loathes the aliens who took away everything from her and her sister, wanting to free the world from their influence for good. Just don't call her by her real name, ever. She hates that.
  • Backstory: Adopted from birth by a lesbian couple, Juliett (or Jules, as she likes to be called), was raised in New Orleans by her mothers Tsubaki and Gwen, having a relatively happy life in what seemed to be one of the last few remaining cities amdst the destruction and pilfering of Earth around her. Eventually getting a new little sister in the form of an orphan from Toronto found by Gwen named Serena, Jules took it upon herself to help take care of and assist the wheelchair-bound girl, quickly bonding with her once she stopped being resentful of her. However, her peaceful days were not to last...for soon, the invaders came to the crescent city as well. While she managed to barely escape to safety with Ree in her arms, her mothers were not so fortunate, perishing in the attack. Grief-stricken and struggling to survive in this harsh world, the two girls were taking shelter in a ruin when they found a pair of strange belts among the rubble. After realizing the power they gained with these belts, the two resolved to avenge their parents and city, and set out across what was left of America, making it to Hoover after several months of travel.
  • Abilities: Obviously she can transform into a Kamen Rider, but she's also got a few more skills to offer Hoover. Her great intelligence makes her a decent supporting tactician (she isn't one to be an outright leader type though) as well as aiding in her knack for playing mind games, she's got skills in doing rope tricks to tie up and trap people, and has some self-taught martial arts skills that she's used to beat down anyone who tries to mock Ree. She's also a semi-good shot with a gun and skilled with knives and other bladed weapons to some degree.
Rider Form
  • Title: Kamen Rider Aurora
  • Appearance: Aurora has a resemblance to a slightly "iced over" version of the standard overall style of the 4 Blade Riders, but with very high-tech and futuristic armor design to her, almost akin to the Faiz or Kabuto Riders and IXA. Her helmet's also pretty unique, with the "eyes" looking like a butterfly's wings in the same way that Drake's eyes looked kind of like a dragonfly's wings. Her armor's a steel blue and gold color primarily, with some white accents along the gold parts of the armor.
    • Driver and Henshin: Jules has taken to referring to the belt she found as the Aurora Driver, an odd device looking like some strange hybrid of the IXA Belt and the Garren Buckle, except it's partially looking iced-over in some spots. For her Henshin, she simply slots the Catagory Ace Change Butterfly card into the buckle, puts the buckle on her waist to generate the rest of the belt, and pulls the small lever on the buckle to the right, causing her body to begin looking like a statue made of ice before shifting into Rider Form and shattering said ice once a holographic "card" passes through her.
  • Equipment:
    • Aurora Driver: Jules' belt, described above.
    • Aurora Rouzer: Jules' primary weapon of choice, a hybrid of gun and sword modes (akin to a Musou Saber), along with 9 slots to hold her 9 non-transformation Rouze Cards.
    • Rouze Absorber: An arm-mounted accessory meant to be used for accessing Jack Form, with slots to hold the 3 extra transformation cards as well.
    • Rouze Cards: Jules has managed to find 12 of a series of 13 artificial Rouze Cards with her belt that she can use to do various attacks and grant herself various abilities much in the same way that the Blade Riders could (though she is currently missing the King rank card). Each card costs a set amount of AP to use, and she can accumulate more AP by fighting an opponent while wearing the Aurora suit, with a digital counter located on her Aurora Rouzer keeping track of how much AP she currently has available to use. She can also swipe several cards in succession to combine their power for finishing moves. They are as follows, listed by rank with their AP cost to use them as well.
      • Ace: Change Butterfly (0 AP) - The card used to access Aurora's base form, called Ace Form.
      • 2: Strike Ant (400 AP) - Increases the power of the Aurora Rouzer's shots in gun mode, and slashes in sword mode.
      • 3: Smash Gorilla (600 AP) - Enhances the power of punches. (Covers fist in a drill-like wind for additional damage.)
      • 4: Rapid Hedgehog (800 AP) - Increases the Aurora Rouzer's rate of fire and slashing speed.
      • 5: Kick Stallion (1000 AP) - Enhances leg strength and power behind kicks.
      • 6: Frost Penguin (1200 AP) - Supplements the next few attacks with an ice-attribute.
      • 7: Diamond Shark (1200 AP) - Covers body in glowing diamond-like crystal to reduce damage.
      • 8: Bind Viper (1400 AP) - Allows Aurora to use a leather-like whip for lashing enemies or tying them up.
      • 9: Mach Cheetah (1600 AP) - Enhances speed and agility.
      • 10: Illusion Fox (1800 AP) - Allows Aurora to create illusory images of herself to fool opponents.
      • Jack: Fusion Raven (2400+ AP) - Transforms Aurora into Jack Form when Absorb Rose is inserted into the Rouze Absorber.
      • Queen: Absorb Rose (2000+ AP) - Triggers Aurora's ability to transform into Jack Form when inserted into the Rouze Absorber.
  • Ride: Machine Borealis: Jules' bike, a Honda Valkyrie modified to the specs of her rider form that also transforms when she does. In addition, she can use a few of her Rouze Cards to enhance it's capabilities and even attack to some limited degree. Mach can be used to increase top speed and acceleration, Smash allows the bike to plow through tough obstacles with no trouble as if it had a battering ram, and Diamond further armors the bike.
  • Abilities: In addition to enhancing her overall physical abilities to slightly above peak human levels and offering decent protection, the Aurora suit gives its user the ability to use Rouze Cards for temporarily enhancing abilities and attacks even further, as described above. It also allows its user to heal injuries with a slow healing factor while in the suit, though it's not the best and is rather limited.
  • Forms:
    • Ace Form: Jules' base form as Aurora. Well-balanced in stats overall.
    • Jack Form: Thanks to the Fusion Raven card, Aurora gains wings upon her back that enable flight, along with further enhancements to her stats and protection and an expanded AP cache to draw from. Her Aurora Rouzer also gains a new tip for the sword mode and a small bayonet for the gun mode.
  • Finishers:
    • Glacial Crush: (Requires Frost + Kick) Aurora's signature Rider Kick, a simple roundhouse imbued with icy power.
    • Glacial Shot: (Requires Frost + Strike + Rapid) Aurora fires out a rapid storm of ice-imbued bullets to blast an enemy into submission.
    • Glacial Pummel: (Requires Frost + Mach + Smash) Aurora does a series of rapid fire freezing punches to absolutely beat the stuffing out of a foe.

  • Human Form
    • Name: Calliope
    • Age and Gender: 22, F
    • Appearance: Calliope is pretty short at only like 5'3.
    • Personality: Calliope holds the hope that the world can be reinvented from both its past and its present. She is supremely confident in the Riders' collective ability to defeat the Legion, and to unfuck the world, given their immense power, and is really aggressive about how she's definitely right about this. She's absolutely willing to get violent if it means proving herself, in any capacity.
    • Backstory: Calliope grew up outside of Hoover, in the shattered remains of an old observatory at the top of a crumbling library. She was named after that constellation because it was supposedly the one shining brightest in the sky that night. Her parents weren't scholars per se, but they could read, and the observatory was full of books. When food was scarce, Calliope subsisted on knowledge. And like, less food than usual. She learned all about the past, about what the world was... and found it lacking. For all the luxury the old world had, people were crushed under oppression just the same. As she dug deeper Calliope believed that the Legion was, in the end, just a more honest version of the old masters. She kept digging through the library, trying to find even more out about the past, until she found the Driver of Kamen Rider Vandal—one of chaos and of remixes and of reconstruction. With its discovery though, Calliope realized her family, her home, and all the books there were in terrible, terrible danger. She left in the night, making sure not to even tell her parents, just in case she could be followed or something. She arrived at Hoover only a short while ago, and has kept to herself so far.
    • Abilities:
      • Calliope is literate!
      • Calliope has a steady hand and a good eye; she can look at stuff real far away and see it real well, and she's got a good sense for art and color.
      • Supposedly Calliope knows how to use the scrap-iron sword she carries, but she's never had to use it on a real person before.
  • Rider Form
    • Title: Kamen Rider Vandal 1
    • Appearance: The Vandal Driver is a black tape deck with a white panel to pop open like on a Walkman, and purple buttons. Slotting in the Vandal Cart and hitting play activates the transformation. Vandal's mask is a smooth purple helmet split in two to show her eyes, a pair of plain white circles on a black background. The helmet is decorated with a chaotic pattern of multicolored arrows, all pointing towards her eyes. The chestpiece is also mounted on a black base bodysuit, but has a bulky look more like a largish raincoat than anything else, a soft purple as well with flat surfaces splattered in paints of evershifting colors. It has a hood, but Vandal normally keeps it down so that she can flip it up for drama. The belt sits over the coat, and sharply indents it to give it a strong V shape with little tails pointed out like how Ghost's belt creases his coat super sharply. A pair of holsters sit on her hips too, which hold the Vandal Painters when not in use. The leggings poke out under the coat and are a pair of big rounded boots, evocative of more utilitarian combat boots, but they too are splattered with strange shifting paints. Whenever she moves the paints shift from vague forms into hard iconic looks, generally lots of hard-edged arrows and cool slogans.
    • Equipment:
      • The Vandal Painters are a pair of spraycans that act like there's always a surface about six inches in front of wherever Kamen Rider Vandal is spraying. The paint that comes out is first of all more than one color, and can essentially turn into whatever image Vandal wants, and will just hang in the air until she sticks the Painters back in her holsters, at which point they become normal paint and splatter to the floor if not set into something. The paintings are extremely strong and deflect many attacks, but are weak to Vandal's own swings, allowing her to punch and kick at the paintings to shatter them into shrapnel attacks aimed at her opponents.
    • Ride: The Vandal Board is a skateboard with the same stylized detailing as on Kamen Rider Vandal's face. It has its own local gravity and sticks to paint, allowing Vandal to ride on walls and ceilings too if there's paint there.
    • Abilities:
      • Increased strength and agility, but mostly agility—Kamen Rider Vandal's all about big jumps, and she can knock down a brick wall or two, but she's not going to be committing huge feats of strength or tanking big hits.
      • Vandal has the ability to control two-dimensional images, pulling them straight off of a surface and allowing them to move around like holograms or something, though this also disperses the image entirely when she stops concentrating on it.
      • Vandal's finisher is GREAT COLLAPSE. Vandal takes out both of her Vandal Painters and begins drawing, creating an image of the world as it was before The Legion, glorious and beautiful and huge. It forms a giant dome over her target, and Vandal then Rider Kicks it, shattering the image and sending her flying towards her target alongside all the shards of the image.
    • Forms: Kamen Rider Vandal's forms are from tapes, Vandal Carts. Her current one is labeled TAGGED TOMORROW, and turns her into her base TAGGED TOMORROW form. The tape itself is blue decorated with an extremely stylized and angular sun in the middle.
  • Misc: Her spray attacks have that weird 2D look that some of the attacks in Ex-Aid have.

EDIT: DONE

Human Form

Name: Og Mathesen

Age and Gender: 30, M

Appearance: Big, bearded and blonde, are often the first words used to describe Og at first glance. With his large and muscular frame, messy mane of hair, wild beard, and guarded blue eyes, all Og would need to complete the illusion would be a leather hauberk, a horned helmet and the weapons of his Viking ancestors.

He favors the clothes of a working man; stitched-together shirts, tough leggings that might've been jeans a while ago, well-patched work boots, and a heavily-patched jacket that must've seen better days.

Personality: Like a lot of folk, Og tends to watch his own back. But given that he has survived all these years by helping others survive, his pragmatism is flavored by generosity. Good ol' fashioned neighborly goodness. That's the thing with farmers. As they make crops grow, there's a need in them to help others flower.

Especially in a community like the Hoover. Just a little bit of love will make it flower, right?

Backstory: Og, and by extension the Mathesen clan, were no strangers to the lives of drifters and warriors. Struggling down from the north, they had nothing to give by the time they reached Hoover. Needing sanctuary, the Mathesen patriarch was prepared to indenture his people to the service of the bastion... Until they were taken in, no questions asked. No need to bond his people to thankless drudgework.

Some lessons were learned that day, along with a slow return to old ways.

Nominally from a people reputed to be marauders, the Mathesens had some knowledge of agriculture. By the time Og was in charge of his own plot, Mathesen greens and potatoes became a vital part of keeping the Hoover strong and fed. And in turn, Hoover taught them about community, weaning them from almost completely from their bloody ways. Though necessity did teach them to keep their weapons sharp and eyes open.

It was a few summers ago that Og made a startling discovery. It was during a routine patrol into the city that the big farmer had found himself separated from his fellows. As he bedded down in one of the great structures, the floor had fallen away to reveal an ancient underground path, the stones seemingly untouched by the scouring of otherworldy radiation. Following along and feeling the calming coolness of the darkness, Og came across a burial cairn.

At the center of which sat a figure upon a rough throne. A figure in blue and gold armor, inscribed with runes, the helmet with wide, almost insectoid eyes. At its waist was a thick, almost toy-like belt. Under its right hand was a thick little trinket, roughly the size of a tape.

Putting it on for no apparent reason, and chanting the strange words that had leapt into his brain, Og inserted one tablet. The one marked Guardian... And Vandal.

Abilities: Big, tough, handy with a mattock, were it not for his withdrawn personality, he might've made it as some rampaging warlord. Instead, he has some skill as a forager and scout. But more important that any of that is his ability to cultivate edible crops. Under his instruction, parts of the aircraft carrier are now dedicated to the raising of potatoes and greens.

Rider Form

Title: Kamen Rider Vandal 2

Appearance: The Norn Driver, a steel-and-gold belt, itself is somewhat similar in construction to Vandal 1's belt, even with the Tablet similar in dimension to Vandal 1's Tapes. Og simply slaps the belt upon his waist, mouths the word like a curse, slips in the rune-inscribed token, and flicks a switch shaped like the Web of Wyrd.

As for Vandal 2 himself, he is much larger and thicker than most of the armored Riders, his armor steel-blue in color, his helm simple and reminiscent of the Vikings, though with the wide red eyes, and the runic patterns streaming down upon its chest. A detachable half-cloak sits upon Vandal 2's great shoulders. For easy reference, he's built along the lines of Kamen Rider Chaser, but with a more Viking motif.

Equipment: Og's mattock becomes Vandal 2's Belisari Breaker, a bone-breaking weapon of war, with the belt able to channel strange energies that stun for far longer upon impact onto both pick and hammer head.

Ride: Just the other day was Og finally gifted with his own vehicle; a powerful and rugged 4 x 4 truck with a wide bed, wedge-shaped grill, and a powerful harpoon gun mounted at the back. Upon transformation, the truck begins to look like new with a serpent pattern upon the gleaming hull. This is his vehicle; the Vulgar Chariot.

Abilities: Just scarcely faster than average, Vandal 2's strength and endurance reach near-impossible levels. Even a good hard slam from a truck is just enough to shake him before he stands and uses his the Breaker upon his attacker.

The Breaker seems to draw a different kind of strength from the Driver. With flicks upon a switch built into the weapon, Vandal 2 seems to be able to rewrite his future five seconds into the future, handy for avoiding the little things. Though every time he uses it, he begins to get glimpses of things that he keeps to himself.

Forms: The Driver seems to be leading him towards other points on the map. Maybe other Tablets?

Human Form

  • Name: Nagato

  • Age and Gender: 22, Male

  • Appearance: Standing at a solid 6 feet, Nagato is on the tall side for someone of Asian descent. Lean build, with the musculature of a brawler. His complexion is tanned and his hazel eyes are framed by shaggy shoulder-length black hair, and he has a short black beard. Wears a pair of worn olive pants, boots and a dirt-stained t-shirt. A beat-up jacket is draped over his shoulders. A scuffed ka-bar knife Is holstered on his right leg and a scavenged pistol hangs from his waist.

  • Personality: Nagato is a fairly quiet man-in part because because travelling the wasteland solo does hell to your social skills, and because he prefers to let his actions speak for him. While stoic, he is a fairly kind person, willing to lend a hand or share his supplies with those in need, provided that he some to spare. However, Nagato is not a fool, perfectly willing to kill bandits and anyone from the Legion.

  • Backstory: Orphaned at birth, Nagato was found by a nearby human settlement in Bikini Atoll, and was named after the wreckage of the Battleship they lived in. His early life was fairly normal: From a young age, He learned how to hunt and scavenge supplies to bring back to the wreck, how to kill bandits, and how to avoid detection from the Legion. It was thanks to these skills that a 14-year old Nagato was able to escape with his life when the Legion destroyed his home. Now a wanderer, Nagato made a living hunting for himself and scavenging for anything that he could trade for supplies at the nearest caravan he stumbles across.

    • Three years ago, Nagato stumbled across the wreckage of a strange aircraft: It's shape didn't fit any craft he had seen before, and the ship had no name to identify it, just an emblem of some sort. Searching through the craft netted him a strange belt and mechanical Insect that let him transform into an armored Rider. After this discovery, Nagato continued his journey searching for a place he could home, only this time he could do a lot more than run when the Legion comes.

  • Abilities: Apart from being a Rider, Nagato was trained as a hunter/scavenger from childhood: he has a keen eye for details, and has over a decade of experience fighting with knives and close-range firearms. After the Legion bombed his home, Nagato developed a fighting style designed to defend himself from bandits and more aggressive wildlife. He also learned more about the plants and animals roaming the lands, particularly which are safe to eat.

Rider Form

  • Title: Kamen Rider Atlas

  • Appearance: Kamen Rider Atlas' usual appearance is that of a insect-themed armored warrior, specifically that of an Atlas beetle. His armor is green and silver, and his helmet is similar to that of Kamen Rider Caucasus, except with amber eyes and green replacing gold.

Nagato's Rider belt is the same as Kabuto's: A silver belt with a slot of some sort where the buckle should be, and a button-like attachment on the right side of the belt. The Atlas Zecter is a verdant Atlas beetle.

  • Transformation: To transform, Nagato holds out his hand, prompting the Atlas Zecter to fly into his grasp. He then inserts the Atlas Zecter into the slot on the belt buckle. Hexagonal plates of energy emerge from the belt and encase Nagato, forming the armor of Kamen Rider Atlas' Masked Form (described below)

  • Equipment:

    • Kunai Gun: Can assume 3 modes: Pistol, Axe and Kunai.

  • Ride: Nagato’s motorbike is a modified Honda Shadow. Transforming into Atlas. changes it As well, gaining more body armor and three curved horns around the front of the vehicle. Atlas can use his bike as a battering ram and send his foes flying, or grind them to pulp beneath his large tyres.

  • Abilities: Aside from greatly enhancIng Nagato's physical abilities (varies dependung on which form he's in), Atlas is capable of performing Clock Up when in Cast-off mode. This allows Him to move at just under the speed of sound for a short period of time. Atlas activates this by hitting the clock up button on his belt.

  • Finishers:

    • Rider Kick: Atlas presses the 3 buttons on the Zecter in order, then pushes the side horn back to their original position. This causes a surge of green energy to flow down his right leg. Atlas then shoots towards the target and Rider Kicks them.

    • Avalanche Shot:Atlas fire a large ion beam from his Kunai Gun.

    • Avalanche Break: Green energy gathers on around the Kunai gun's ax blade, which Atlas then slams into the target, releasing a shockwave.

    • Avalanche Slash:' Green energy gathers on the Kunai gun's kunai blade, and Atlas fires it off as a cutting wave of energy.

  • Forms:

    • Masked form: This is Kamen Rider Atlas' initial form, which he achieves by inserting the Atlas Zecter on the belt. It resembles a pupa in design, and has lower strength and speed in exchange for higher defence. Atlas can enter this form by closing the Zecter's side horns without pressing the buttons.

    • Cast Off form: Atlas' normal form as described above, Atlas achieves this form by opening the Zecter's side horns 180 degrees.

Human Form

  • Name: Aiden Holt
  • Age and Gender: 26 Year Old Male
  • Appearance: Aiden's appearance matches how one would look growing up in a wasteland: his clothing is shredded and held together by mismatched clothing, his most prominent article being a jacket, the lettering long since faded out and tearing at the seams, threatening to dissolve with a light, summer breeze. His hair is messy and unkempt, bright, wild red like flames themselves. His eyes large, hidden behind a pair of goggles he created in his spare time (in truth, it's a pair of coke bottles that he made into a pair of goggles for the harsh winds). Not tall, but not quite short at an even 5'7. He's lanky but...appearances can be deceiving.
  • Personality: Aiden is a friendly guy, if stunted. Perhaps almost too much so. Given what's happened to him in his past, he may have some abandonment issues to work out. However, if he could find companions, or even a purpose again, he could work through it! But he's...energetic is a word for it, with no real sense of sociable norms. Being alone for damn near two decades hasn't done much for how he acts around others, or even acts in general. But if there's one thing he IS...it's loyal. Plus, he's a little crazy. Just ask the ghastly image of his father!
  • Backstory: Aiden has been alone for as long as he could remember. It's hard to pinpoint an exact day or time, but he assumes it was around when he was...10, or so? Yeah, that sounds about right. His father passed from the elements, handing him what was left of his food and supplies, doing the last thing his father asked of him: "Live. Fight. Do not let our world die for nothing." So, with an odd sense of purpose, the young boy went off.
    • Life was not easy for Aiden. Surviving on scraps and hunting, he grew up a wild man in a wilder world. Doing what needed to be done to survive, he found himself the target of a roving gang that decided they wanted his head, for no reason other than their sick enjoyment. Trained to survive, and self taught in the act of fighting, he knew he would die if he tried to take them all on. Hiding as they searched for him, he prayed for his father, wherever he may be, to look out for him. Somehow, his prayer was answered, and a strange, metal belt made itself known in the tight crevice he had forced himself into. By the time they gang found him, they were frightened away by the nightmarish appearance of a man-sized being coated in pearl white bones. A single voice, an oddly familiar voice, whispered to him, "Fossil." Taking the belt, and following the whispers to somewhere named 'Hoover", Aiden made a promise to his dad. That the world wouldn't fall without a fight. Not with him around.
  • Abilities: Aiden is a Jack of all trades, but a master of none. He fights, but so can the other riders. He can scavange, but then, who can't in these surroundings. What he does have is experience. His knowledge of the land is quite impressive, due to having to survive on his own for so long. He knows which animals can be peaceful, which plants to eat...and what makes a damn good weapon.

Rider Form

  • Title: Kamen Rider Fossil.
  • Appearance: Fossil looks like something out of a horror movie, without prior knowledge. It looks like a Dinosaur Skeleton plastered over a suit to make it look like armor. The head looks like a T-Rex, with a blank face in the mouth piece and the bottom jaw stretching down to the chest. Between the rib cage is bright silver body armor and the ends of his hands end in vicious claws.
    • The Fossil Driver is a belt like object (what a shock!) that looks very much like the Abaranger bracers, but instead of any discernable dinosaur features, it looks like a skeletal head in mid-roar. The eyes are black and the teeth are razor sharp, with an opening in the mouth for something to fit in.
    • When Aiden Henshins, he's surrounded by a white energy as a ghastly image of a massive T-Rex Skeleton appears in front of him. Then, like bullets, they fire down and strike Aiden, coating him in the armor. When he finishes, he stomps the ground and roars like the Dinosaur his form takes.
  • Equipment: Having no weapons, Aiden focuses on hand to hand combat, depending on the mode. He's almost strictly hand to hand Combat, using only weapons when the form permits it.
    • Aiden also holds the "Kyoryu-disks", strange objects that seem to hold the DNA, and therefore energy, of the Dinosaurs. They're his primary transformation trinkets.
  • Ride: The Rapt-rider. A strange bike found in his possession after the high of becoming Fossil wore off. He wasn't entirely sure what to do, given he didn't even know how to ride a regular bike. So, it was luck when the dino-head at the front of the bike gave a loud shriek and carried on, without even needing Aiden to do anything. It has a mind of its own, but it's furiously loyal to Aiden, or, actually, the user of Fossil.
  • Abilities: Increased strength and agility, as per usual the use of these strange belts. In addition to the basic stat upgrades, it allows Aiden to almost 'hear the roar' of the Dinosaurs before anyone. They almost act like a sixth sense, almost allowing him their own senses.
  • Forms: Thus far, Fossil has two forms, accessed through the "Kyoryu-Disks", he inserts them into the open maw of the Fossil Buckler and forces it down, "biting the disk".
    • Tyranna-Mode: Fossil's second most used form, and his most offensive form to date. His white bones becoming Red with a Tyrannosaurus Rex motif, his strength almost doubles, at the cost of speed and defense. In this form, he's granted the TYRANT-AXE, a double sided axe laced with razor sharp teeth.
      • Finisher: Biting Crash: Lifting the blade into the air, it becomes shrouded with red energy, taking the shape of a T-Rex. Swinging it down, the 'mouth' of the axe opens and bites down on the target, rending it to shreds.
    • Tricera-Mode: Fossil's defensive mode, he becomes a blue shaded Triceratops like form, and horns grow from his helmet. In this mode, he's granted the Horned Buckler, which, with its three horns, is a nice mixture of offense, and defense.
      • Finisher: Stampeding Crash Charging the energy into the shield, he moves forward with surprising burst of speed, he's surrounded by a blue Triceratops shape that runs through the enemy.

Is it selfish that I'm happy as we pass the setting sun?
