Is there a trope for informed intoxication?

I'm wondering if there's a trope for when we're told that a character is supposed to be under the effects of some sort of drug and either fails to be convincing about it or manifests the symptoms of some other drug. Like someone who's supposedly incredibly drunk, but they're not slurring their words, follow conversations just fine, and show excellent coordination while other characters act alarmed like the character is about to fall over, or someone who's supposedly stoned but is bouncing around the room hyperactively like they just popped some meth. I'm specifically looking for when the character is unconvincingly supposed to be drunk, not unconvincingly faking being drunk.
