I think the "comic relief" part is almost easier to see than that he's black. A ridiculous outfit and a ridiculous expression makes it clear to me.

Keep Until Better Image Suggested

Note that this isn't a "tiny" Edit War, the minimum number of edits is only three: add-remove-add or remove-add-remove. (A good rule of thumb is don't make the same edit twice without discussion.) This page image went back and forth five (!) times, but that was in May 2014 to August 2015, I think it doesn't make sense to treat it like an ongoing problem.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.

A note: There's no IP link in the source code, nothing on the discussion page, and there's a tinynote Edit War in the page history consisting entirely of deleting and replacing the exact same image+caption with no substantial edit reason for any of it. So clearly, we need to be having a formal discussion of some kind here.
On the image: It's... a portrait of Ruby Rhod. The trope is "stereotypical black guy as comedy relief to make white characters look good by comparison". The image may contain black stereotypes? Maybe future Recycled In Space versions. Hard to tell. But I don't see "comic relief", and there's nobody else in the image to look good by comparison. The Fifth Element isn't even in the examples list, so it's certainly not that Ruby Rhod is a universally-recognized icon of the trope.
