I am reasonably familiar with mediawiki and it's not clear to me what the ID you are talking about is.

Right, but that id system is a mediawiki site system, not a Wikipedia or rationalwiki id system. So, I was just trying to ask, does pmwiki have a similar general internal id system?

In my earlier post, I was talking about id's within the site itself. The question I just posted was about I Ds that come automatically built in with certain wiki systems such as Media Wiki and P Mwiki.
