Just saw this yesterday. 2016 has been a brutal year in a lot of ways, including music. I was never a fan of ELP, but I still remember the first time I listened to my dad's old vinyl copy of In the Court of the Crimson King. The vocals were a big part of the experience for me, the way Lake delivered the medieval fantasy-inspired lyrics.
