With Xel showing Damien the ropes for now, Damien surveys the meeting room for any bad guys. Grendan has his arms full with the magician and there's the three Skaldr blindly charging in. “Looks like we have our first victims. I'll take on the guy with the axe. You take on the guy in the robes behind him.”

Damien dashes into the room and does a mighty roundhouse kick to the face of the Skaldr. “Leg Lariat!”

Move to N8 and attack O8. If Damien can reach the pillar, go to O9 instead.

"You attack without a weapon?........Respectable" commented Xel as Damien rushed into battle. Shifting into dragon form, Xel stomped over to the axe user to give him a bite and then yelled out "Malia!" in a commanding, booming voice before charging over to the mage to give him a friendly greeting.

Move before Damien. Transform into Dragon Form, move to N8, and attack Skaldr 4. Request for Stamina from Malia. If second turn is granted, move to J8 and attack Crown 5.

The poor Skaldr gets bitten by Xel. Luckily, the axe-wielder didn't have time to process that because of the heavy concussion from Damien's kick. The Skaldr is now comatose, essentially making him dead to his teammates. On top of that, the Skaldr's face is caved in so completely, it can be seen as a form of "art".

Damien luckily dodges the lance heading his way, but he gets hit by a burst of dark magic. Curse you, magician! How the hell did he strike one of Damien's weak points?!

He'll need a miracle just to stay alive! Perhaps, a friend might be able to give him a hand? Damien just limps towards Grendan and asks, “Can I get a hand here?”

Move towards K9 and defend for now.

Seeing that the had apparently ignored her Kiri rushed over to block their path, using Kyoshi's spire to manipulate the ground.

Trade Secret Book for Angelic robe, and move to D16, make D12 a cliff

There went her precious robe, again. Kiri would likely need the robe more, though.

Even if she wanted to go into that room with all those intruders, the mountain now blocked her way.

Move to K15. Prepare to attack any enemy that comes within range with Frost Tome.

Move to L9 and attack Crown 3 with the Iron Bow.

Grendan could hear something on the other side of the wall, though he couldn't quite make it out over the sound of battle. It seemed the first thing to do was clear this up.

If Crown 3 is not dead by end of turn, attack Crown 3 with Hand Axe. Otherwise, move to M9 and attack Skaldr 3 with Hand Axe.

"Takes more than two swings of a puny weapon to bring a dragon down!" yelled Xel, who quickly snapped back to human form, healed himself, and then changed back to Dragon Form to chomp down on the Crown rebel.

Request for Malia to Stamina Xel. Go before Grendan. First turn, shift to human, move to L10, and use Vul. Second turn, shift back to dragon form, move to L8, and attack Crown 3 with Iron Clip.

"Interesting," Gramps said, eyeing the Talisman. Malia liked shiny things, if he recalled. Now that the room was cleared of any hostiles and the civilians had moved inside, it was time to make sure they stayed alive.

"All of you, stay in here, and no matter what you hear, do not leave the room," he ordered before pulling out his book - and a monocle.

Send Talisman to convoy. Go to R14. Prepare attack with Lightning Tome to attack the first unit (at a range of 2) away from him.

Request civilian 8 to keep going north and enter the room. Also request Guard 4 and Guard 6 use their actions to attack.

Move to H16, Use vulenary

"Uh, everyone?"

Zeera called to everyone down the hall, though it seemed they were busy with a bunch of guys up there.

Hopefully, she could fend of these three folks without dying in turn.

Use Frost Tome on Skaldr 9. If Skaldr 9 is dead already for some reason, use Frost Tome on Skaldr 10.

This problem was obviously the kind that got worse before it even looked like it'd get better... time for some strategic maneuvering.

If Xel moves, go to L8 and use Vulnerary. Otherwise, just use Vulnerary.

The spear only slightly punctured into Xel's dragon armor and the divine magic smacked into him with minor force but even so, Xel was already beaten up and two attacks wasn't helping. "I'll take your twig and shove it right up your-!" furiously roared Xel at the spearman, being interrupted by Grendan coming over to him. "Grendan, break this guy in half for me," huffed Xel as he advanced back. After doing so, he started to hear some panicked yells of help past a wall that looked weak. Moving in front of it, Xel cocked back a fist and slammed it straight into the structure.

Move to J9, give Damien a Vul, and attack the wall.

Xel gives Damien a much-needed vulnerary, so Damien hands him a book regarding the secrets of hitting pressure points on the human body. Friendship is a nice thing, isn't it?

“Thanks, man. I owe you one!”

After giving Xel a thumbs up, he limps down to Malia and takes a sip from the Vulnerary. The potion is not as good as the mead, but it'll have to do for now. Damien requests, “Think you can give me a dance like the others?”

When Malia does her thing, Damien finds the strength to confront the nearby paladin. Michel already fired off a barrage of arrows, but that might not be enough.

“Saint Muscle Punch!” Damien delivers a quick punch rush combo to the rider's horse in an attempt at knocking him off. “Ora ora ora ora ora!”

Exchange Secret Book for Vulnerary, switch to Horsehair Clip, move to M11 and heal up. Ask for a Dance of Stamina from Malia. Move to M9 and attack N9.

Looking ahead, and looking at where everyone else had gathered, she half wondered why Gramps was over to the side instead of with the others.

Move to L14. Use Frost Tome on Skaldr 10.

Move to K15, make I16 a mountain.

"I can't look away for a single minute!" Gramps grumped as he charged back to the main hall.

After Zeera has moved, if Skladr 10 is still alive, move to O14 and attack Skaldr 10. Otherwise, move Gramps to M14 and attack Skaldr 11 with Lightning Tome.

If danced by Malia, have her trade unlock staff for silence staff and vulnerary for Elixir, move to M10, and heal Damien with heal staff.

Michel felt a bit guilty about taking the Speedwing off of Damien while he was mortally wounded and not in any condition to notice, so he decided to wait for just a bit for Gramps to come around the corner and heal him. It seemed only fair.

After Gramps and Xel's turns, trade Damien for the Speedwing, then attack Skaldr 7 with the Iron Bow.
