Which of his powers does he consider the most important? I suspect it's his healing and poisoning since you mentioned that early, which suggests a biological related name would be most appropriate.
Combined with is social vision, maybe "Antidote" would work?

You say I am loved, when I don’t feel a thing. You say I am strong, when I think I am weak. You say I am held, when I am falling short.Verdantman.
First of all, welcome! ^_^
Hmm... Perhaps a bit cheesy, but what about "The Utopian"? Or "Utopia's Author"?
By the way, we have a thread dedicated to help in naming things: The "What's a good name for this?" thread.

I had a brilliant idea once.@Novis: I would say the power he uses primarily would depend on his situation. As an independently operating villain, he has a lot of bases to cover, so his wide power range can help that. Healing/poisoning/audience empowerment/enhanced physical condition would be the powers he uses in a combat situation. Geography/mind awareness for strategizing. Psychic disruption for infiltration, etc. You get the gist. As for your suggestion, I like it. It sums up a healing character who's gonna fix society. But Aaron isn't that straight and narrow. He's maybe a bit ... questionable.
@Ars Thaumaturgis: Thank you! For the welcome and the direction to the names thread (which looks intimidatingly massive).
If it helps, I was thinking a lot about swamps while I came up with his powerset. Names I thought of were Brackish, Murkman, and Obscurio, which obviously focus on his misdirection of focus, which in turn raises questions about his ideas for the future. Maybe his utopia isn't operated with transparency. But I didn't feel quite satisfied with these names...
Zarthanox the Unquenchable.
GIVE ME YOUR FACEIf he is utopian templates knight, then maybe something that doesn't scream evil, but instead sounds welcoming until you see beneath his surface. This would also tie well into his obscuring nature.
I once had an idea for a Dr. Doom/ magneto like villain with plant powers named the Arcadian. He ruled his own country which appeared to be this utopian always spring New Eden ... until someone invaded or spoke of rebellion at which point he would instinctively know and turn every plant in his kingdom upon the poor soul. Name is up for grabs if you want it, but this was mainly an example of attempting to tie a name to both superpower and personality.
P.s. As this is only my second post, Welcome fellow newbie.

Za Worldo?
This is literally my first post ever on this site. So cool.
Anyways, I have a character I need a good alias for. He's a villain. He wears dark green. He has a unique vision for societal betterment, which may be a bit ahead of his time. I'm not sure what this vision is yet, but that's beside the point.
Aaron Chiarra has Enhanced Physical Condition, can heal self and others, can poison others by touch, has Advanced Intellect and perfect navigation skills, some form of Population Density/Audience Empowerment, extrasensory perception of the local geography and the minds in that geography, (not mind-reading, he just knows they're there) and a psychic disruption ability which scrambles the signals coming to your brain from your senses. If he was more skilled with that ability he could probably make realistic illusions of sight/sounds/smells/touch/taste(?) but so far he hasn't bothered.
So Aaron needs an alias. I come to you all to help me come up with one. All suggestions welcome. Your patience with my narrative shortcomings is appreciated. Ready?
