Current gives context in the text to be usable, but it's kind of weak. I would like to see the image suggested by the OP.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Opened.
Though I have played FE:Awakening, the current isn't that stellar. Only means of improving it will lead to spoilers.

she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportFor a single choice, you'd probably have to have a choice that's immediately obvious that it will have a significant enough effect that it would change everything, rather than the small choice of the current. It's a choice, and it's a final(ish) choice, but it doesn't seem that significant.
Also, it would be hard to avoid spoilers, considering the nature of the trope.
Personal favourite is the last choice in Umineko, but I don't think that would work as an image (both because of spoilers, and because of the weight of the context leading up to it).

Check out my fanfiction!Clock is set.
I'm thinking of the Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks image as a replacement...just my opinion.
Sonic the Hedgehog and My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic fangirl. We don't have such a suggestion proposed. Since you posted minutes before the clock expired, mind to field the image here?
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportApparently not. Locking up.
I'm not sure whether the current image◊ is sufficiently clear to those who didn't play Fire Emblem: Awakening and don't know the context of the decision. It might be, but I'd like input from some people who have no context beyond the image itself.
If we do decide it's not, I suggest OFF's ending decision as a replacement.
