Raz, maybe it's time to call it quits. It doesn't seem like you enjoy anything about Generations, and I doubt that's going to change after 4 episodes.

yeah, this is gonna be where I jump off. It hit my four episodes threshold.
My name has nothing to do with Psychonauts.Actually from what i understand about that walk, it's supposed to be a slouch, albeit an intimidating one. It's a Japanese thing.
Either that, or a Shout-Out to A Clockwork Orange. Not really seeing that one, tbh.

Goddammit, Schezo... || *insert incredibly thirsty copypasta about Dr. Ratio*I was mostly joking.
Yeah they looked like overconfident punks to me the entire time. We see two of them just kinda lounging around before Lance infiltrates the place.
Even the Admin was made out to be a punching bag more than anything else.
This episode was worth it for this
Double post but this is a slow thread so
@ Razor, who I know is still reading this thread
I dunno if it's clear or not since it seems like you think we all think they're genuinely cool, but everyone talking about the swagger is being completely sarcastic. It looks ridiculous. Like, really ridiculous. It's under Narm on the YMMV for a reason. I kind of hope it was intentional.
These guys think they're cool, but they're just a bunch of goofy scrubs with weak Pokemon at the end of the day.

I see. I have a hard time understanding tone in text sometimes.
To me it just seemed badly animated.
My name has nothing to do with Psychonauts.Incidentally, as a buddy of mine put it, it's a very well animated set of bad walk cycles.
Like, there's a lot of frames and the animation is very smooth. Arguably some of the smoothest in the episode
but their posture looks so silly and unnatural that the end result is extremely awkward.
I want to give the animators the benefit of the doubt and assume the whole thing was tongue in cheek but I honestly dunno
I can admit where I'm wrong there, especially after what I said in the other thread.
But it just failed to grab me.
My name has nothing to do with Psychonauts.Fair enough. I'm actually mostly with you: none of these are good.
But I have rock bottom expectations for anything story related for Pokemon anyway, so I'm not really disappointed. It gave me something to laugh at and the derpiest looking dragon whooping ass so I'm cool with it.
I assume certain people aren't use to watching anime series with 5 minute episodes...
Episode 3 was good animation wise, but man that voice acting.
Agatha was also neat.
Episode 4: Dragonite was the real stand out this episode.
"But if that happened, Melia might actually be happy. We can't have that." - Handsome RobYeah, Lance barely even talked.
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.Episode 5.
The translation is still hilariously straight and unnatural sounding in English.

There's no Japanese dub, so it seems like the English is done first in this case.
Watch SymphogearAnd, uh...have the other vid that was posted? Weird.
Interesting to see Silver interact with Giovanni like this.
awww, Ninjask'd

Getting 2 episodes today is pretty cool. Episodes 6 isn't as interesting as episode 5 though.
....
I never considered that Giovanni would have lost to Gary as well, even though it's kinda obvious in hindsight.
Also, I always thought Silver might be older then the protagonists of GS since it's three years later for him, and he doesn't look like a younger 8 year old or anything. I'm gonna continue to stick to that idea.
Edit: Gren'ed, and badly.
Not much to say about the Eusine story. We already knew this.

One Strip! One Strip!Legendary beasts are dogs confirmed.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!Guess my hunch was right: they're doing 3 episodes per Gen, in ascending order.
So next week we'll probably get to Hoenn.
Is it sad that this I think the first time we have had a close look at Ho-Oh in anime not counting openings?
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!
My personal theory on the weird Team Rocket walk: upon realising that they had to fight Lance of the Elite 4 and knowing the punishment their leaders would give if they tried to just run for it, they all grabbed some booze from the break room first. Because the only way they could gather the courage to willingly head straight into the curbstomp that awaited them was by getting so completely and utterly drunk that they subsequently had trouble walking in a straight line.
