That image isn't really good. There's a small badge that says "Anti Sex League", but there's too many unrelated things that draw attention away from it.

The badge is just a minor detail there. The point is that two people in a clearly dystopian setting look at each other with concealed desire as they're looked at with suspicion by those around them. The badge just seals the deal.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"
