I think those are all more illustrative of other things than this. I honestly think this is going to be hard to pic unless there's a comic or webcomic that has someone talking about it.
^^ I think the first suggestion is still the best one, it just needs a quality upgrade. Not getting the trope from those; 2.2 in particular reminds me more of Face Stealer, and 2.3 of Split Personality.
I do think the mask metaphor is about the only way to illustrate this without a lampshade. American

As someone who hasn't seen American Psycho, 5 seems like a JAFAAC. A creepy JAFAAC, but a JAFAAC nonetheless. I like the one with the balaclava wearing guy, or the one with the sad guy with a happy face.
