- Deconstructed: Tropemons are really dangerous beings. Not only they will cause chaos and destruction, but the trainer also risks being killed by their very own Tropemon.
Alright, if you think the last sentences isn't necessary, here's a refined version:

The trope doesn't refer to everyone using them for everything, or anything to do with children. That's overly focused on the version seen in Pokemon. The Straight should be just collectable creatures that fight for you.
Though the everyone uses them for everything or something like it might fit the Exaggerated.

What Diamond said. The trope is way broader than that.
And I guess the "deconstructed" bit mentioned above could possibly be put into "unbuilt" because that's how the trope maker worked.
