We have a thread for that. Would you like to ask the peeps there?

So one day my Windows 8 was working fine. I turned it off and the next day, I'm getting an BSOD with error 0xc0000225 on it. After fiddling around with cmd prompts, I accessed the UEFI menu and told it to boot into CSM mode. When I got it to back to UEFI mode, I can no longer access the cmd menu, which is screwing me over because I'd just discovered that I need that menu to resolve this issue. Now it's trapped in an endless loop of asking to be rebooted in various modes and more UEFI tinkering while saying that it's missing an windows system configuration file. At this point, my only option aside from an visit to Fry's is finding an program that fits on my 4GB USB drive that can fix this.
So any recommendations on that?
