Is it my imagination, or are more U.S. animated movies being filed under "Western Animation" these days than "Film-Animated?" Was there an announcement I missed, or is it just that people don't see a "Film-Animated" heading under a trope and prefer to put them under "Western Animation" than start a folder?

The distinction is kind of nebulous, especially when you realize that no one's made a serious effort (from what I know) to put anime films in Films - Animated (You can see this pretty easily if you look at the Related list for the different Pokemon movies.)

Wouldn't surprise me if new tropers get easily confused by this, which is probably where the majority of the problems are coming from. Most established tropers likely know better.
