''Team '4’’’ —Cliff. "A change of name"

The goth teenager had tried to shot at the enemies that Foxrot didn't target—starting with the enemy officers. But she took some minutes to take a deep breath; to swipe the sweat from her brow with her right arm.

She then took that chance to talk to Foxrot as he was the only "friendly" soul in that cliff that could listen.

"Did you know I lied ? —About who I am, I mean. I guess a profesional like you doesn't really care. I know. You simply can't get too close to anyone. I might die right now and you won't even remember or care the next second. I'll be just another corpse to step on and ignore.

"What you did back then, moving that fast, like a blur; a life gone in front of your eyes and you didn't even blink. I envy you. I always get attached and it always bites me in the ass with betrayal. Do you know what I mean?

"That's why I hid myself. So others wouldn't get attached to me—the real me. And I wouldn't get too fond of anyone. I barely can take care of myself.

"I Guess, if it's true that our universes will perish, If we are going to die together as a team, It's the least I can do. If it matters at all: My real name is Mary. I know, the name of a goody two shoes. But the thing is: I'm not a saint and I don't want to be one."

Mary then reloaded her gun and hid it on her torn jean's. She peeked at the cliff and then she closed her eyes for a few seconds.

"I'm slower than you so a I'll go first," she told Foxrot. "Who knows?—She shrugged—I might even be useful to you if you cover me."

She gave the super soldier a last glance. Mary gave her back to the way down. She jumped. She then began sliding down in the direction of the truck.

Foxtrot 813- Team 4

The Replica kept firing at the soldiers with heavy weaponry, only diving back to cover to reload his assault rifle. That is, until "Luna", or Mary, her actual name, spoke to him. He stayed in cover to listen to her story, Foxtrot staying deadly quiet, and only giving a small nod once she finished. "I see." Human interaction isn't exactly his forte. Though he felt...something? S..sympathy perhaps? He didn't knew exactly, but maybe it was that.

Though as if a switch was turned on, Foxtrot went from his stoic and professional attitute to yelling quite loudly once Mary said she would slide from the cliff. "Copy that, I'll cover your from these fuckers! I'll meet up with you as soon as you're clear!"

Foxtrot then came out of cover and continued firing at the military forces with his assault rifle, making sure to cover Mary's descent.

Jack-O' tapped her cheek, lower lip pursed.

"Well, it's not much different from what we're seeing here, to be perfectly honest."

Indeed, the Crusades were still going strong into the year 2180. Humanity had been on its last legs for a while, and while it would be an exaggeration to say that Gears had come to rule the Earth, the everlasting stalemate they'd been at for the past few decades had certainly inflicted the most toil on the humans.

"That....really sucks,", Rock replied to Jack-O' with legitimate sympathy. "Usually when such large scale wars happen where I come from, its thankfully pretty brief. Sometimes it comes from hostile aliens, or terrorists groups coming out of the woodwork all at once, or even demonic incursions. Every time though, the Justice League and all the various heroes of world step in and push them back. Sometimes the supervillains help out as well. Doesn't stop all war, however, but its never anything big."

The robot contemplated a little, folding his arms behind his head. "Though it would be really nice to not be any conflict at all. Just clear cut good guys vs. bad guys, without any politics, religion, ideology, or resources being involved. Everything to be....simple, ya know?"

Seija and Susan, The Van
After a good deal of complicated medical stuff was done to Seija's arm, the issue of there being a bullet hole wasn't fixed, but it was made so she wasn't going to exsanguinate in the next few minutes. Maybe a few hours, instead! Let's think about the positives here. The most negative thing was that her nice coat was ruined...but, maybe if she cut the sleeve off, it would go with some kind of asymmetrical torn-up look. That would be sweet.

Still not feeling like she was ready to move yet, she offered her sincerest thanks to Delta: "It wasn't needed, so stop staring at me." Susan, still too worried about the whole mission business to entertain how rude this kid was, wondered exactly where in the mission this one fell. "Now, can you tell me, which team did you belong to? Where's the rest of your team members?"

Seija had thought about what she was gonna say in advance, while Delta did complicated medical stuff on her arm. She initially planned on telling them that all of those assholes in Team 4 were wiped out, but with them hot on her tail she needed to try and mend relations as soon as possible. Maybe make some kind of perverted bond with these losers. At the same time, she needed to make it so that if a certain someone followed her into this dimension or whatever, she'd have a hard time finding her.

"I was with Team 4 and they sent me out to scout the area around here. My name's Reimu Hakurei."

Susan's face slowly lost its glimmer, as she slowly looked at Delta with a raised eyebrow. Seija looked confused at what exactly was wrong with her statement, so Susan clarified.

"You see...it's odd, that you have the same full name as someone already working with us. You don't look anything like her, actually," she said dryly. Seija's confusion turned into terrified realization. Somehow, the red-white had already managed to get here before her! Son of a bitch!

Elesis (Van) - Good Cop, Racist Cop

Elesis spent a few seconds just staring at the recently arrived woman with a mix of curiosity and mistrust. The fact that they were in a battlefield was not as relevant to her wariness towards the stranger as the fact that she had horns. Susan had horns as well, but so far she had been rather peaceful. However, she decided to at least hear her out before doing anything.

She almost burst a vein when she heard the woman introduce herself as Reimu Hakurei.

The comparatively more trustworthy Susan seemed to have picked up on that detail as well, and promptly pointed it out. In the meantime, Elesis stepped forward and, without a warning, a request for permission, or even a friendly greeting, gently placed her gloved right hand on the stranger's neck... and then started choking her with a sudden and significant lack of gentleness.

"You either tell us who you are right now," she growled, "or I'm going to drag you out and grind you against the floor."

Before Elesis could get her gloved hand on Seija's neck, Delta's own massive, gloved extremity shot out with extreme force and terrible purpose at the Crimson Avenger's neck. Whatever the girl had been planning to do, Delta would make certain that it would happen to Elesis before it happened to her patient.

"GRARGHGHRARHGHGHGHGHGGHGHG" she roared, her own interrogation starting.

Lady (Van)-Meet my boomstick

Lady was forced to put down the phone as the backseat suddenly erupted into a massive clusterfuck. Now extremely angry, Lady yanked her shotgun off of her leg and turned, pointing it at the idiots in the back with one hand, keeping the other firmly on the wheel.

"ENOUGH! ALL OF YOU, SETTLE THE FUCK DOWN SO I CAN DRIVE THE FUCKING TRUCK RIGHT THE FUCK NOW! IF YOU IDIOTS WANT TO KILL EACH OTHER, YOU CAN LEAVE THE TRUCK THE SAME WAY YOU CAME IN, RIGHT NOW!" Of course, the truck was currently driving at something approaching 60 miles per hour. "IF YOU DON'T WANT ME TO SETTLE THIS IDIOCY BY FILLING YOU ALL WITH LEAD, THEN YOU'RE ALL GOING TO TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF OF EACH OTHER, SIT DOWN, AND SHUT UP! NOW!"

Susan and Seija, The Van
If Elesis wanted to interrogate this girl, that would be fine! Susan had half a mind to do it herself, but didn't want to get her hands dirty in both senses of the word, so she let Elesis attempt it...for a whole half a second, before Delta lumbered up and stopped her.

Seija weakly smirked as she looked over at the roaring thing, content to see that kind of discord, even if it meant her life was in danger for the moment. That smirk didn't go away when Susan laid a single nail across her throat, making sure she wasn't moving anywhere, because it only meant that at least someone was paying attention to her.

When Lady shouted back at them, guns about to go blazing and with enough of a foul mouth to make Seija feel warm on the inside, both of the horned women stopped in place. However, the amanojaku soon raised an extended middle finger with her good arm.

"Hey, fuck you too, lady," she said to Lady.

Van

As if to both support and annoy Lady even more, a pop-out monitor suddenly unslotted itself from whatever smooth and seamless cranny it had been occupying to achieve an interface that looked quite a bit like a submarine sonar, with blinking dots that were spaced about the field. Some were near and some were far, though all were the same color of white on the green grid and labeled with the words Multidimensional Entities. The scanner imitating a radar was even making those weird pinging noises every time the line completed a circuit about the screen, which was to say, every five seconds. Another screen besides the one showing the current shield levels also popped up, this one stating Dimensional Warp Progress: 29%.

The conga line of annoyances didn't stop there, oh no. Will's voice came back, that ever unwelcome and annoying man who performed horrible exposition and aggravated most people listening to him. This time he got even more up and in the face if that could be believed. Now that the group had appropriated the vehicle, yet another screen flicked open. If it weren't for the fact that the driver's area was big enough to fit eight regular people comfortably, the dashboard would have been clogged up by everything. A video screen popped open, a few cycles of a loading circle going on by before the words Signal Connected popped up.

"Don't shoot, she's really from Team 4! Some youkai girl going by the name of Sonja Cajun or something. We actually need as much if not all the team members aboard since the special dimensional energies emanating off their body after the um... volunteering... can feed Rook's machine special time-space manipulation generator! So please try not to kill each other until later or else everyone might be stuck on this world." From the screen was someone sitting in the shadows, the only features available being a rather shiny (and sweaty bald head) and rumpled suit with every other feature being obscured by the lighting. Frantic clicking on the keyboards could be heard as the now half-visible "benefactor" could finally be spoken face to face.

A rather loud thud could be heard atop the roof as something rather heavy smashed onto vehicle, the impact actually enough to bounce the rapidly moving truck slightly before it reoriented itself. Through the roof opening came Jeda and his group (as was also evidenced on the radar considering half a dozen dots had appeared onto the truck's location), the MVP being Bastion who in a bit of practical minded logic, shot a shield busting burst into the man atop the unicorn and boiling his insides before making the high ranking guy fall off. With the rider gone though, the unicorn seemed to have defaulted to a more aggressive algorithm given the fact that it was now charging up and then unleashing a lot more plasma bolts towards the truck in question.

The priest stared wildly around the much bigger insides for a moment, shock evident on his face as he certainly hadn't been expecting all the space so far. Glancing towards Seija with a rather disapproving glance on his face after ensuring that all his passengers had safely made it aboard, the huge man gave a sigh of relief and let his massive shoulders sag ever so gently from the spent energies of maintaining so much shield spells. "Greetings other teams, I do wish we could get to know each other but there's a time and place for everything and you seem to need a few more hands. I'll get onto work so as to not burden you."

Giving a slight bow, the priest began walking towards the back of the truck and peering through the rear window while occasionally causing flashbangs to throw off the aim of pursuers as well as leave space in the rapidly cramped room to... less space costly individuals.Still, no matter what he did, the unicorn still seemed hot on the vehicle's trail, its systems not minding the high intensity disorientation techniques and it being too nimble to be hit by the priest's more telegraphed and harder to aim damaging moves.

Team 3 (Also For Teams 1 and 4 too I guess)

"Go go go!" While the group was currently on transit towards the destination, the shouts of commanders could be heard directing the real troop members towards what looked like transport heli-vehicles, a rather rounded rectangle with two giant rotors atop it. After being let through onto the place with a few of the actual authentic soldiers, the group would find themselves uplifted from the ground and making steady progress towards the battlefield. Through open doors, they would hear the loud characteristic trademark of a moving helicopter as well as the whistle of shells and the booms of explosions in the distance. They'd also see that there was a white truck being chased by all three factions in the distance, with more and more aerial and land vehicles being sent to trail it from outside the range of the current mob fighting. If they looked a bit more, sharper eyed individuals would see there were a couple of people not in the three colored uniforms shooting from an entrenched position atop the cliff side.

From their position, Team 1 would find that while the fighting hadn't reached their particular part of the road yet, it was only a matter of time and the truck was now quite a bit closer to their position. Aerial transports and attack helicopters can be seen in the distance, fighting among themselves to be the ones to take care of the the wayward target, dogfights erupting in the skyline and debris falling down semi-regularly via the fiery wrecks of what used to be perfectly capable flying units. With the two groups of artillery and escaping white truck in relatively close distance to each other, more cognizant details could be gathered from both teams in question as they saw details from the other sides.

Team 4's descent from their previously entrenched position would be noticed by the couple of survivors of the more heavily armed units that they had been aiming at, a particularly irate person with a rocket launcher shooting off his load before being headshotted by Foxtrot. Thankfully the shot went wide and only blew up a crater hundred feet upwards of their position, though debris and rock chunks were now raining down haphazardly at the incline sliders. Still, they had the right idea since their one-way trip would be taking them down near the road towards the meeting point between Teams 1 and 2. The dust trail from their descent though was a big tell that attracted attention and even more gunfire from the surrounding mooks once they realized that some random bozos were making their way towards their beloved target and essentially getting a free meal.

''Team '4’’’ —Cliff. Barely Surviving

While Mary was sliding down, even with all the noise, she could still notice each time Foxrot had saved her life with a well placed shot. She could feel the dry earth caressing her whole body as they went down. Her clothing getting dirty with dust.

But then she saw a rocket heading straight to her. She closed her eyes accepting her fate as she was only able to go down. But thanks to the super soldier, it had been just a scare; a loud blast that had deafened her for a few heartbeats.

When she arrived at the bottom. It took her a few seconds to stand up. Her heart was beating as fast as lady's truck. Adrenaline was rushing through her veins.

Lady and those in the van would be able see a teenager with a , strange fascination with black clothing, waving her hands towards her. Her skin was pale and untanned. She had long black hair, and her black jeans were torn. But what was more interesting was the way she was sweating and screaming with all the power of her lungs at the van.

"Hey! Over here” She shoot in the air, trying to get Lady to see her. "We need to get the hell out of here!" She screamed, as she tried to get Lady's attention so Foxrot and her would have a chance to escape.

Rocks and debris were falling everywhere. And when a dark rain of bullet's was coming at their position, She tilted her head slightly down and she had her back slightly curved, as she was also trying to avoid being an easy target.

The Van

Delta shrugged her shoulders, and released her grip on Elesis's throat as casually as was possible for someone in a diving suit. She had some experience with listening to people giving commands from television screens, and she knew well enough that people tended to follow them.

Speaking of televisions, though....

Delta cautiously approached the video screen that was being used, stepping up to it close enough to press the glass faceplate of her dive helmet against the screen. She carefully pressed her right hand against the screen as if to feel its construction. This was quite possibly the greatest piece of technology she had ever seen. Automobiles, guns, laser cannons, attack robots, powered armor, and supernatural powers were a dime a dozen back on Earth or Rapture, but this. This was a screen far bigger than anything she had ever seen in her life. Not only was it enormous, it had quality beyond compare, and had the full range of colors rather than the black and white she was used to.

Foxtrot 813- Team 4- Descent to the Warzone.

As soon as Foxtrot noticed Mary landed on the ground, Foxtrot followed suit, but not before reloading his assault rifle. The Replica started firing at the enemy targets while sliding, though his accuracy was somewhat hindered due to his sliding. As he landed on the ground and landed near Mary, he noticed some of the enemy targets nearby very close to their position. They won't be able to get inside the vehicle with the hostiles raining fire upon them.

"I'll take them down, you warn the vehicle of our presence!" He told Mary, as he then holstered his assault rifle and pulled his shotgun, as time slowed down for him and he started rushing at the enemy's in a blinding speed with his Heightened Reflexes, allowing him to dodge the bullet fire without the need to take cover.

Once he got to them, he started shooting each one individually at point blank with his shotgun, though at the last target, instead of just shredding him to pieces, he jumped at the air and performed a sweeping kick motion aimed at the military mook's neck. With the Replicas enhanced to be slightly stronger than a normal human, and the speed the kick was going due to his reflexes, the kick would certainly prove quite fatal for the poor mook.

Hopefully he took all the targets down before his reflexes ran out.

Scott - Fuck this shit I'm out

With the rest of the people cleared out from around the artillery, Scott allowed himself to relax. It had been a decent fight, and his new sword had held up well. Maybe he could start a sword collection. That could be cool. "Well, that was fun. Now what?"

The young man finally glanced down the road towards where the rest of the group had ran off to, and his jaw fell open. The van from before was tearing its way down the road towards them. But that wasn't the problem. The problem was the steadily growing swarm of vehicles forming up behind it, all targeting the van. And it was coming this way. "Uh, guys," He started shakily, "we might have a small problem."

Running out onto the road, Scott began flailing his arms wildly to get the attention of whoever was driving the van. Man, he really hoped it was actually those guys from before in it.

Tali - Team One - Artillery

For perhaps the first time since she'd met the strange, brash human, Tali heard Scott make an understatement. A considerable one, at that. And she knew roughly what she would see before she looked up from her work. There. That had to be their way out of this insane world, a place to take stock, resupply, rest, and plan what to do next. And Scott's wild flailing might not be enough to tell them where the rest of the group was.

"Everyone, defensive positions, but get ready to move!" she called out to those who had remained with her. "That's our way out!"

Then, past the need for stealth, she punched up the proper comm frequency and put all power towards getting through any interference in the way.

"People aboard the transport, this is Team One! We need extraction now! Sending our coordinates and firing a flare!" She activated her emergency locator beacon, then tapped more keys on her omnitool. A few seconds later, a bright red-orange flare shrieked up into the sky and burst in a cloud of smoke. Now all they could do was wait and see.

Wherever

With the rider now dead and the robotic unicorn rampaging against the truck - and more importantly, not at them - Bastion decided it was time to take decisive action. Swinging off of Jeda's leg and releasing his grip with calculated timing, the HK droid dropped down rapidly towards the battlefield.

More specifically, the droid opened up his legs in a wide sitting position and aimed himself to fall down on the robotic unicorn. The details of his intended landing vector would likely make the male of any organic species avert their eyes, but fortunately he simply had a smooth metal chassis down below.

As he tried to land on the unicorn's back, in the position where the rider had been, the assassin droid pulled back the cover to the data access port on his finger, and attempted to hack into the robotic stallion with a hardline connection.

Lady (Van)-Really Toriel?

Satisfied as the idiots behind her started taking their hands off of each other, Lady lowered the shotgun only to have her phone ring again. Grimacing, she picked it up and, without waiting to hear what the peron on the other line had to say, starting yelling into it.

"Yes I'm on the way, I have a radar, I'll get you, I'm going as fast as I can, so all of you better STOP CALLING MY PHONE DAMNIT!"

She then hung up on Tali without waiting for a reply, then Toriel made her ill advised approach. With Lady's current mood, the reply was typical of her, as her sawed off shotgun, still in her hand, was pointed directly at Toriel's head, her finger about half a pound of pressure away from unloading every pellet directly into her brain.

"I'm going to make YOU see the damn light if you don't get the hell away from me, demon scum!"

Before she could say anything else, she noticed the dot on her radar directly in front of the van, and looked to see Mary standing directly in her path. Her foot slammed on the break, sending the van screching to a halt, the odd mechanics of the van preventing anyone inside from being jolted from the sudden stop. She yelled out the window while still pointing the shotgun at Toriel,

"What the fuck are you doing, kids!? Are you trying to get yourself killed? Get the hell in the van, hurry up!"

The half demon’s ride

Mary gave a quick glance at Lady calling her to get inside in. There was no time to think straight, but she definitely seemed to be in charge.

“Uhm… Yes Ma’am. Thank you, ” She told Lady. Mary half entered inside the van –Just need a little time for my friend.” She pointed at Foxrot who would, probably, still be seen like a blur. “He saved my life, and we can’t leave without him!”

EDIT: Mary then put her two index fingers at her mouth and then she whistled to Foxrot to get his attention.

Seija and Susan, The Van
This lady didn't seem to mind being flipped off, or she did and was just already too angry to notice. Either way, it wasn't good. At the same time, Seija certainly did mind being called "Sonja Cajun", so she immediately blurted out "It's Seija Kijin! Seija!" just as Jeda and his hanger-ons landed in the van.

Hopefully, and dear god this was a big hopefully, Reimu might've died out there in th-oh, she wasn't fooling herself. Reimu would've lived through the end of Gensokyo, even if she didn't have a purpose afterwards. The only thing stopping her from being completely immortal was her humanity, and with her choices of friends she might even lose that flaw.

Seija didn't want to test her already incredible and unending luck, but she certainly wasn't in a position to run away from the shrine maiden, should she come here. Might as well hope she teleports to some other odd place again.

Susan took her claw off the throat of the kid and lightly dragged her back, trying to de-clutter the cabin a little bit. A wounded...something or rather probably didn't have any business trying to piss off their already ridiculously furious driver, so she set her off on the ground somewhere else. Pointing her claw dangerously close to her face, less in a "I am going to cut you" and more "Stop being naughty" kind of way, she said "Please just wait back here. I'm sure you can explain yourself after we're done here."

As you might have expected, Seija replied with "Piss off."

And so, Susan did piss off, right to trying to help find the remaining members of Team One back at the front. Carmilla was just about finished saying how they lacked a backup driver, and so Susan was perfectly eager to help! Even if this meant coming into contention with Lady...

...Though, maybe she didn't want to drive? Maybe just relax and let some steam off?

She clasped her hands together and said, "Not the only one! I'm not exactly a trucker, but I've got both American and European licenses!" Walking up to Lady's side, crowding in along with Delta she added "If you don't mind, I'll gladly take the wheel!"
