Well, the doom is definitely evident, but it could stand to be larger...is this a crop of a scene? Also, the "hometown" part isn't very evident.

Doomed Hometown's image is good, but I'd prefer it be a bit larger.
Having said that, it is large to tell what's going on (village on fire).
Health sure is versatile. It's possible to be both light-headed and dim-witted. At the same time, no less.
