We seem to be in favor of the change, so making the change.
If we cannot pothole this, I'll make a note of that on the page and add to "SFW pics from cut works" list. However, we'll need to know where the manga clipping is from, so that can be added to the comment.

Well, the title of the work is Tsuri Skirt no Onnanoko ga Ayashii Supple de Tayuntayun ni Nacchatta!, or A Girl in a Skirt with Suspenders Got Busty From Taking a Strange Supplement! I think saying it's from a hentai would be sufficient, especially since we never had a page for it.
I also tweaked the note about this type of pic a bit since all the other cases have pics from works that were previously cut.
