They all look great.
I like to keep my audience riveted. My favorite steak is from Gelatin's Steakhouse. You should try it! It's really far away though; 2,763 miles, to be exact. But it's definitely worth the trouble.
On a serious note, I only like my steak well done. I don't like undercooked food. I'm a picky eater.
Thanks!!

Once upon a time, there was a Limey. He was not slimy, he was just finey!I also have at least one family member who is a Well-Doner. I'm more of a rare to medium-rare guy myself, depending on the cut.
I think that if you like your steak well done, it's worthwhile to look for cuts with more collagen, which will thus have more moisture as a result.
Here's a resource for inexpensive cuts.
My most recent 128 degree rib steak was a hit with my family.

Rawr. For Saturday night’s dinner, I’m going to do one of my favorite things. Cut up a filet mignon as thinly as possible and make tacos with it.

Rawr.Bumping this thread with some fun news. Since Svengoolie will be showing a Japanese horror movie tonight (Godzilla: King of the Monsters!), my dinner will be a good combo I haven’t had for a while: steak and sushi.
I like to keep my audience riveted. For tonight’s dinner, I’m having a ribeye steak from Wild Fork. It’s the second thing I got from my shopping there. I am now officially an even bigger fan of that place than I was previously.
I like to keep my audience riveted. Some friends of mine said that the steaks they offer at Trader Joe’s are excellent. I’m having one for tonight’s dinner, and they’re right.
I like to keep my audience riveted.I think the first time I ever had steak was at Outback Steakhouse. I must've been about 8 (I was pretty open to trying new things even as a kid).
It's been a while since I went there, but I'd definitely go again.
Cold turkey's getting stale. Tonight I'm eating crow.My favorite steak is cut thin and grilled with onions and bell peppers and seasoned, put on a tortilla with cheese, and served as fajitas.
Barring that, a steak marinated in soy sauce and then slow cooked until it's nice and tender.
Teriyaki is also a good one.
