Blech, pulled Mordred from the paid gacha. Not that I dislike her, but I was aiming for Lancer Artoria. Or Karna. Or Jeanne. Basically not a Saber, since I quite like my Rama.

Now to wait until the America gacha for a second chance at Medb and a stronger Brahmastra.

Fortunately for you, Rama and Mordred fill completely different roles. Rama is a single target destroyer, Mordred is an AoE nuker. He does bosses, she does farming.

Also she's gonna be mighty useful come Lancer Artoria. And you'll be glad for that, because Lancer Artoria is a very dangerous boss, since she uses her NP very frequently, reducing her NP charge sometimes isn't enough to delay her NP ('cuz she's got NP charge), you can't dodge or block it and it hits like a jet powered dump truck.

So, in other words, you need to kill her really, really fast, or she will kill you. And she will not give you enough time to charge Iri's NP, so your best bet is either Paracelsus or ROMA for defense against it.

Also you get Dragon Fangs instead of Hero's Proof now, so... you don't really need to do that much farming if you're willing to just wait it out. 'Sides, they're very common event rewards.

Wrecked her pretty hard with support Okita myself. Especially the first fight with NP3 Okita with last event's five star CE limit broken, so 20% quick and NP up.

Stuns do work on her. Plugsuit switch effect also works. Mashu NP + shield skill are also apparently good for it.

Vlad and Altera have really similar skill materials. If I were to max out any of Altera's skills though, it would probably be Military Tactics. So many bones...

I want to get Mordred ascended as fast as possible so I can actually have a useable Saber and a replacement for one of my 3*s.

Today is Saber item day isn't it? Should start stockpiling pieces and monuments quickly if you don't have any.

I need four of the gold statues, trying to get those now.

I need 13ish monuments so I should probably farm them. Also, Is that new node in Camelot good for horseshoes? I'm not that far though.

Average 99 AP per horseshoe compared to 140 for Okeanos. So, still not exactly great, but better.

Not saying it's impossible to delay her, but without a powerful Saber, it's entirely possible that she'll eventually get at least one NP off. You can survive one using Shielder, possibly two with Waver or Tamamo to add in another round of defense-up, but the third (and I had her use four when I fought her because of course she crit-killed Support Okita) will wipe out your frontline and the fifth will end the fight.

(No joke, I had her use her NP 4 times in 10 turns. I still won, but that's because the servants I brought to that fight were geared towards survival... Probably could've killed her before she got off her second NP if I'd managed to get off at least one Sandanzuki. Or if I had known that her NP was undodgeable before I decided to save Jack's dodge to, well, dodge, instead of boosting Maria the Ripper's damage)

I'm torn between saving for swimsuits or rolling for Mufasa.

That is if the 8/6 announcement is swimsuits or a camelot 2 Gacha, with the Lancertoria rate up.

On the other hand, it also could be the six companion servants in their Yukatas, and then I'd just throw all my quartz at that immediately. Because I must have more Nero.

From a gameplay point, the new Gil CE and Jeanne Alter sounds scary.

Anything that boosts Jeanne's crit gain is basically the best thing you can give her. Put her with someone who can actually generate stars and also has a low crit weight and you'll find that she goes from "generally very powerful" to "holy fudged sugar that's broken". Jeanne is made for the purpose of NPBB Critstomping anything in her way, and there's nothing that can resist her. I think that the only class in the entire game that she isn't effective against is Beast.

Honestly, Gilgamesh seems like one of those servants that'd get sweet fuck-all from being in a grand container. What's he going to get? More N Ps? he's got all of them already. More stats? He mismanages them terribly enough that Shirou can trounce him in close combat.

EDIT: And I'm looking forward to the Jack CE, 25% damage on crits for all allies sounds really good, especially with the amount of Jeanne Alter supports I use.

Well if we follow the Ko Gil to Gilgamesh logic then by rights Grand Archer Gilgamesh should attack normally by using Enuma Elish and his NP should be the full Anti-World effect.

I think Camelot might be my favorite chapter so far. and not just because it's the first new chapter to be released after I started playing. Okeanos, London and America are tied for second. The difficulty combined with the plot makes Camelot enjoyable.

The recent Gudako comic is amusing. Gudako now believes Nobunaga Shimazaki is her VA thanks to Mashu. Made funnier because she's fine with that.

I already beat the Lion King Though yeah, she was a pain in the behind. I probably could've beaten her without a command seal if I'd brought a Tamamo and delayed my defense buffs by a turn. Ah well. Now to level my Servants and max some skills.
