A cutscene from the campaign. Getting a sort of Star Trek reboot kinda feel from it.
This is feeling less like a Call of Duty title and more like a standlone sci fi game with the CoD name tacked on.

Oh really when? But is that really such a bad thing?
No, I really like it actually. Plus I think the Star Trek reboot style would be pretty neat if it was any series besides Star Trek.
Oh really when?Yeah. Like the one problem I have is that Raines didn't move at all. Dude, your fleet just got crippled, you can at least show some emotion.
Also I'm rather disappointed that humanity doesn't appear to have holograms to speak from person to person through.
During the video, they mentioned a ridiculous question in regards to dinosaurs being kept onboard the Retribution.
...I think we're going to see a dinosaur survival mode, guys.
I see that the video has now definitely more likes than dislikes.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. As someone who's been relentlessly bitter about how this particular game has been looking so far, I'm willing to admit that cinematic section with Reyes getting promoted didn't look half bad. Maybe they're actually taking this one a little more seriously.
yeyThe trailer for Infinity Ward's first Zombies mode
I gotta say as someone who hated the older Zombies modes this looks great. Silly and campy is how a good zombies mode should be. None of this occult serious bullshit.
Also I'm a massive sucker for the 80s and love Frankie Goes to Hollywood
Oh really when?Reminds me a bit of Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon.
What amazes me is they got both Pee Wee Herman and David Hasselhoff to come play such satirical roles of themselves, couldn't have been an easy sell on Pee Wee's part!
Oh, and am I the only one who wished that Activision could've greased some hands and took advantage of this title's space theme, and made a proper Aliens minigame? A survival mode with Sigourney Weaver, a grown up Newt, Michael Biehn, and Lance Hendriksen (or failing that just some random Colonial Marines) squaring off against an endless horde of the titular aliens would fit in PERFECTLY for the Co D franchise.
Sega owns the Alien game license, so there's a problem with wanting that.
Can't imagine it being THAT hard to obtain after Colonial Marine's abysmal reception, but yeah, I guess that'd cost far too much just for an additional zombies mode.
The mutliplayer reveal trailers are here
MW doesn't look like it's changed too much and Infinite Warfare just looks like a better version of Black Ops 3.

Oh really when?Yeah, that's what the website I write for said, that it looked a lot like Black Ops 3.
If I had any more interest in this series and had a choice I would choose Infinite Warfare's multiplayer over Modern Warfare. I am sick of Modern Warfare's Sacred Cow status. I have played that game back in it's prime and it was literally no different from the games that preceded it. Weapon balance was still meh, TTK was bad, some maps (Shipyard/Nuketown) still sucked ass, and so many more issues.
Atleast the newer futuristic games actually try to do something different.
Formerly known as Bleddyn And I am feeling like a ghost Resident Perky GothI was hoping they'd be brave and try to take advantage of the unique infantry combat situations you'd find in space, perhaps even make the maps take full advantage of the 3D environments (say, a zero-G fight around a space station or asteriod) but instead they're still keeping it all on the ground.
A real pity. The game just lost a major reason of why I was so intrigued.
We could yet have some space maps or maybe even a space fighter mode. We haven't gotten all the info yet.
Oh really when?I hope the multiplayer plays better for me than Black Ops 3 did. Bo 3 was laggy on every match I played, even back during the beta. And it wasn't my connection's fault, because I could switch to another multiplayer game and get almost zero lag.
I was hoping for stuff like that too, but then the fanbase would complain about it being "not COD anymore", even though they're saying that already.
The franchise is in a bit of a catch-22 in that regard.
Seven more minutes of the single player campaign. Still looks real pretty.
Oh really when?Audio quality could have really been better for that (though I can understand why it sounds like that, I'm guessing they showed it at the XP event).
God damn does everything just look fucking gorgeous.
Still getting a heavy Zeon vibe from the SDF.
Oh really when? That's probably one of its inspirations.
I do think that Kit Harrington looks a bit young for the role of the Big Bad, though. He's not even in his 30s yet and he's playing the unquestioned leader of the enemy?
