That's my best guess. Half the ones I've been in dissapear without a trace.
Not really a lord of anything
In my experience, the biggest problem any RP (not just Sburb ones) faces is an incompetent GM. Most of the RPs I've been in have had that be the #1 problem and I'm ashamed to admit that sometimes, I was that GM. I'm hopeful for this one though.
