Opened.
1.3 and 1.4 are the most straightforward depictions, mostly because they only have two characters each. The only one I definitely don't like is 1.6; the fancy clothes, poses, and cropping obscure the limbs (which are the focus of the trope) too much. The same applies to 1.5, to a lesser extent.

1.3 works best for me.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportI'd say no to 1.3 because it's only showing the top half of the body and it's not really obvious how lanky the proportions are. Either 1.1 or 1.4 for me
1.4 for me.
Same here.
(Annoyed grunt)1.1.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"1.1 > 1.5 > 1.4 > all the others
Crowner?
I think we first need to settle on how to display this second style image on the page, whichever gets chosen. Some of the OP suggestions' dimensions means we can't just stack it vertically with the current.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Maybe we just need to crop the new suggestion (whichever is chosen) to focus on one character in a size that fits the width of the current.

Of those 3, 13.1 looks the best.
13.1
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Yep, 13.1 edges out the others.
13.1 indeed.
(Annoyed grunt)Bump; any other thoughts?
I'd rather vote for what the people above voted for than just let it clock out with no action.
Check out my fanfiction!I like em all, so fine with going with the flow for 1. I only chose a few images via google so someone might have better eventually but that can wait till someone has one.
Good enough; it's up and tagged. For a caption, I was thinking "When style trumps skeletons." or something along those lines, with a note giving the titles/characters.
The bottom image is from ×××HOLiC.

The works are added as a caption. Locking up.
Right now the page itself covers 2 types of styles, one step up from stick figures and really long lanky figures with sharp chins and such popularized by CLAMP which is the opposite of Puni Plush. The current image only covers the first one.
I suggest attaching a second image to the page to cover type 2. something like [1]◊[2]◊[3]◊[4]◊I think this one is the best,◊[5]◊
Splitting the trope in general would be better but TRS does not work so yeah.
