I keep accidentally deleting this halfway through, so I'll just leave this here and fill out the rest later on.

• Origin: Marvel Universe (Earth-616)
• Name: Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel
• Age, gender, and species: 16-year-old female human (part-Inhuman)
• Appearance: EMBIGGEN!
• Personality: Kamala is sincere in her Muslim faith, proud to be from Jersey City...but most of all, she's a comic book fangirl who's basically living her dream. Her default state while she's on the job as Ms. Marvel is enough to make some think her blood is half-Red Bull, and if she ever meets one of her heroes, she's guaranteed to flip out.
• Backstory: Kamala Khan had always felt caught between two worlds—New Jersey versus Pakistan, her look versus American beauty standards, the real world versus her superhero fantasies. But when she snuck out of the house to go to a party, she found herself caught in yet another sense. Jersey City was blanketed in the Terrigen Mists, and when they reached her, they activated her latent Inhuman DNA, giving her incredible shapeshifting powers. Once she got a handle on her powers, she followed in her idols' footsteps and became Ms. Marvel, Jersey City's resident superhero.
• Skills/powers/abilities: Kamala's primary power is her shapeshifting. She can change her size, shape, and appearance at will, allowing her to disguise herself, stretch herself like Mr. Fantastic, grow to giant size, shrink back down and then some, and so on. She also has a fast healing factor powered by her metabolism, but she has to transform to her normal self in order to use it, and she can't transform until the healing process is complete. Her powers can also be disabled temporarily by an EMP blast.
• Items: Wears a highly elastic biokinetic polymer suit that makes it easier for Ms. Marvel to transform and lessens how much effort she has to put into altering her clothing. The suit is vulnerable to water damage.
• Miscellaneous: If there are any other superheroes/supervillains in the game, there's a chance Kamala will recognize them and start geeking out.

Hey uh, I've got some interest.

Uff, this one took me longer than expected.

• Origin: Southern Water Tribe (The Legend of Korra, post-series).
• Name: Avatar Korra.
• Age, gender, and species: 21, female, human (bonded with a spirit).
• Appearance: Full body shot◊. Close up◊. She's 5'7" or 1.70m tall.
• Personality: Korra's a boastful, sarcastic, and (at times) a socially awkward young woman. Her love for fighting has sometimes led her to attacking without thinking straight. Even then she still respects diplomacy and, even though it's not her forte, has grown to appreciate it and at least try to talk things out before they get too heated. If push comes to shove though, she can get really violent but usually doesn't use lethal force unless severely stressed or if no other choice is available. A recurrent fear of Korra is not living up to the legacy of the Avatars before her (especially Aang), courtesy of the unrealistic expectations she has of what an Avatar should be.
• Backstory:
  • Korra comes from a world where a small part of the population can control or "bend" one of the classic four elements. She's the Avatar, the only person that can control all four and who's destined to protect the world.
  • She was raised in a compound at the south pole and trained in the bending arts since she was four years old to avoid having another physically unprepared Avatar like Aang. She lived in that compound until she was seventeen, when she sneaked up in a ship to visit Republic City, much to her airbending master's chagrin. There, she stopped a violent uprising of non-benders and learnt that her bending abilities don't have to define her. She also met good friends there and Mako, who would eventually become her boyfriend.
  • Six months later, she had to deal with the growing hostilities of her native tribe and its northern sister. People on both sides accused her of not being neutral making Korra question if she was actually doing the right thing. The leader of the northern tribe used her fear to guide her to achieve his plan which let spirits roam free again in the physical world but made Korra lose her connection with her previous incarnations. To make matters worse, a person she had trusted to help her stop the war showed how easily he had manipulated her without she even noticed. Noticing how their different viewpoints about the war had impacted negatively in their relationship, Korra and Mako broke up.
  • The consequences of the spirit presence prompted Korra and her friends to help rebuild the Air Nation. Unfortunately, a group of anarchists that saw the rebirth of the civilization as a sign of their luck, started targeting political leaders to assasinate. Their plan finally succedeed in turning the Earth Kingdom turning into a chaotic and disorganized group of states with no clear ruling goverment. The leader of the anarchist group challenged Korra's worldview by stating that the Avatar was part of an old system that should be abolished because it was more trouble that what's worth. Their final confrontation left her physically and psychologically broken.
  • Traumatized, she started her physical recovery in the compound but even after three years she still didn't feel confident enough to accept her duty again. This led her to a journey of self-discovery where, she finally realized she had to accept what had happened to her and try to focus on what she could do to help the world instead of what a model Avatar would. She stopped the in-fighting of the Earth Kingdom and made the illegitimate ruler of the land surrender after pointing out that she had been acting out of spite and that her actions made her a dictator, even if she didn't want to accept that.
• Skills/powers/abilities:
  • Hand-to-hand combat: Given that bending relies on martial arts, Korra is a skilled fighter and has been shown to have great reflexes and be agile and strong enough to fight an enemy while handcuffed.
  • Firebending: She can shoot fireballs, breath fire, disipate it, and even create a blowtorch-like flame hot enough to cut through metal chains. The fire acts in a weird way, though: She can make fireballs that can push around people without actually burning them. She can also propel herself over short distances.
  • Waterbending: This lets her take control of liquid water, steam, ice, snow, and basically any water-based fluid (save for blood or things like that) and change their state at will. Waterbending movements mostly relies on "going with the flow" and arm movements, though Korra has been shown to use kicks if pressed. She can also use her waterbending to heal injuries, though anything above a cut would still require proper medical attention.
  • Earthbending: Korra can manipulate rocks, sand, gravel, and its derivates. She can lift boulders and launch herself or her enemies several feet in the air. by quickly raising a stone column under her/their feet. Korra is also able to survive long falls by shattering the earth to soften her landing.
    • Metalbending: She can also control metal but she's still a novice so her metalbending is a bit slow and sometimes inaccurate. She's unable to bend highly purified metals like platinum.
  • Airbending: Korra is able to push people around, create wind gusts, air bubbles, and small tornadoes. She can also create an airscooter to quickly travel short distances.
  • Avatar State: The Avatar state lets Korra connect with Raava, the spirit responsible for the Avatar cycle and of most of her enhanced spirit abilities. This greatly increases the extent of her powers and even . There is a big drawback, though. If Korra were to be killed during the Avatar state, the cycle would be ended so she will only use it sparingly and if it's absolutely necessary.
• Items: A blue staff that she can fly with by using airbending (Folded◊, unfolded◊).
• Miscellaneous:
  • If killed, Korra will reincarnate as a baby from the Earth Kingdom(s). I'm assuming that won't apply here.
  • Bending requires a lot precise movements so Korra's bending will be severely weakened if she's restrained.
