Needs Help: Badass

In the Badass tropes cleanup thread, it was decided by crowner vote to make Badass a Fan Speak page similar to Mary Sue defining the ways that the term is used. We still need to decide what is to be done with the examples and wicks, but the image no longer fits the article. It's Nick Fury as the Rule of Cool type, which is but one of the many definitions. I therefore suggest pulling the current. As it is now, I don't think this can be pictured.

I almost wonder if it wouldn't be a better fit for Rule of Cool than that page's current pic.

I'm not sure why we can't leave it, if it still illustrates one of the definitions on the page.

^ Because by being the page pic it implies that's the only definition and is therefore misleading; pics are a visual shorthand before they even read the description. This is a bit of a special case because it's now essentially a disambiguation page, but that's why we don't use subtropes to illustrate supertropes either.

Well, he could be seen as illustrating several of the other definitions as well: Cool, Fighter, Tough, Formidable, Macho, Taking risks…

Yeah, I fail to see how that's only Rule of Cool and nothing else. The image covers most of the definitions.

Indeed it covers a lot but I'm open to something different.
