I think Enyo's a cool name, but unless there's a Greek myth geek in the force then I don't see a police dog being called that.
Also I have approximate knowledge of Hewie from RE 4 so that leans me more towards his name as well.

To be honest, I was going to make up some random city at the top of my head, but the more I think about it, the more I know just what city I want to use here; Washington DC. If it seems like a strange choice, don't worry; it'll make sense as the RP goes along. That also means you get all sorts of nifty landmarks to use like the National Monument or the White House, so feel free to go nuts.
