How do you reply comments and paste Youtube videos on the forums?

What I mean by the reply thing is, how to get a past comment in a square thing as an indicator of a reply to that comment.

Just refer to the user by name when responding to them

Well, okay, it is in line with the rules if you can justify uploading the thumbnails to the tvtropes image server. If you cannot, it is against the no hotlinking policy.
