I found the rare television Sharp made in 1989. Sharp had a deal with Nintendo and created the work on this console. The unit was also known as Game Television. You load the game like the old NES toaster/front loader. And the controller is basically an NES controller but the frame is black an it reads Game Television. The NES accessories will work as well as the Game Genie. But just like the NES Front Loader/Toaster. The system has a security lock out chip. Which means you ether didn't insert a game pak, The system can't read the game pak, Or you inserted a foreign game pak, It would result in the infamous turbo reset problem (AKA The flashing screen). The TV comes with a remote and in one of the keys would turn the game on. When the NES is turned on, The channel indicator would read "P".

AFAIK These weren't mass produced for consumer purchase but more or less designed for taking high quality screencaps of NES games for use in print or video media. Mainly marketing departments and other shit like that, but eventually you'd see the burdegoning games press using it to capture magazine screenshots.

Where did you find yours by the way and what condition is it in?
