What's the difference between Happy Place and Think Happy Thoughts? At first glance they seem broadly similar but if I were to think about it the former is a sort of sustained state of mind/imagination land which may cause a divorce from reality, especially if they live in a Crapsack World and the latter is a quick power-up to get a person through the day, but doesn't entail the environmental causes and is more situational. Would like some second thoughts. What about some blurbs like "Not to be confused with..." or "Compare with... " since they seem like such similar concepts.
