Rakiri, Val & Mitch's Cabin

"It's not hard to decide. We both get a piece of you either way." Mitch boops Rakiri on the nose. "I could cook, but that means I'd have to get up. You wouldn't make me get up, would you?" He asks, looking at him with faux puppy-dog eyes, while Val reaches up to scratch Rakiri's chin, purring from the warmth.

"We could order something instead." Val pulls up a datapad. "Hm, while we're at it, we could search for new things for you to wear, too." He suggests.

She nods at the drone who shows a very quick loading bar, apparently transferring the data to the main computer back in her vehicle.

"Always handy. ...So y'all were going to do something, right? I could do something to help."

She idly watches the snowball fight unfolding, pondering if she should do something.

Christopher looks back and forward at all the options rapidly, the little kid clearly overwelmed by the choices before him, they all sounded really yummy. Eventually his shivering hand tugs on Greg's sleeve. "I can't decide. You pick! I'll have whatever one you think is yummy." Beaming up a bright infectious smile.

Bristleback Lodge Plaza

The Rhyshan boy is struck with the sudden storm of his own snowball being launched back at him, before it strikes he does begin to glow like he is about to teleport though it almost seems slowed down and doesnt complete charging before he is struck and his small and light body knocked back now lying and half-burried in snow.
Very slowly he tries to turn into his front and get up though it could be clear to everyone that he seemed to be struggling and breathing harder, despite the fact he isnt burried in that much snow. (He did threw a greater amount just a few seconds earlier)

If Lugo heads into the kitchen, he'll witness two things going on in there. Firstly over at the kitchen part there seems to be a dark-haired unassuming, slightly short sixteen year-old teenager in a white hoodie, seemingly cooking something in a pot over there.

Meanwhile Blake, the much taller twenty-one year old, red-haired engineer is sitting at one of the dinning tables, as usual dressed fairly lightly with a sleeveless and torn shirt as he is seemingly just mixing chemicals togeather, proper tools. He is wearing a peice of cloth around his mouth.

The latter of these two siblings here seems to be the source of the terrible smell.

"-not sure what that is." Matt says to his older brother, confused; Lugo only hearing half the topic.
-Sigh- "Guess that's one more thing i'll have to show you while we're here."
Matt nods.

Gemini Nebula - Cernunnos

Command Informaion Centre (CIC)

Russell rubs the back of his neck a little at Tor's question. "No but it.. I guess I didn't think you'd all read something about magic and wizards and silly stuff like that.." He almost sounds a hinge embarssed saying this; perhaps self-concious.
He goes over to one of the toolboxes and kneel's down, feeling through the different things and searching for anything useful.

As Cor and Tor examines various terminals and consoles around the room, the error messages are very similar across the board, the most common ones being. "Critical power failure to [insert name of system]", or "Primary data corruption detected, secondary backups unavalible.", or "Opperator internal conflict detected, unable to reach consensus. Task aborted.". One monitor in particular seems to have a large error talking about some medical and nutrient supplies that seem to be empty and have been needing restocking for over a few weeks; though it seems someone or something has been consuming them at a very-slow but steady pace.

Merrick searching through papers finds a number of unusual schematics, advnace enough that even Amos would struggle to make any sense of them without some study and prior knowledge; though some different parts do seem to mention a variety of different sources, including some just marking parts seeming as other races tech. A large amount marked Mekhari.
One set of papers in particular in here seems to be a letter having been written for a doctor or future doctor to come aboard the ship, noting something about augmentations and some kind of medicine for the ships opperator; to anyone with medical experitise reading about it; it seems simple enough, just a ver specific mixture of anti-biotics, immuno-boosters, glucose, some vitamins and nutrients, and an unusually high amount of iron and other organic-used metals.

Meanwhile Amos interfaces with Captain's console and attempts to access and repairs the data with success. Examining the computer network, Amos can easilly discover the computers on this ship are very advance, and numerous; an incredible amount of computing power built into this thing though for what purpose is unknown.

Once repaired and the system rebooted the video starts to play by itself on the main monitor. (For sake of shorting the appeared length of the post this shall go into a folder)

    The video
A rather haggard human man, looking severely wounded and burned marks down his face and his uniform clearly of a high terran-military rank torn and ruined. The video seems to have been recorded in this same room, the lights equally in their red emergency state. "...if you are listening to this. It both means at least our biggest work might survive and that our biggest work has survived... I am Captain Austin Gage of the Terran Military, stationed and overseer of Gemini IV's project Excalibur." The main opens up the message in a rather dour tone, putting a lot of negative empathise the second time he mention his works survival.

"The station Gemini IV has been destroyed. A blackbox unit recovered a frozen asteroid was filled with unidentified nano-machines from Gemini nebula. They breached containment, changing shape into some strange alien I have never seen before. They, it, or whatever I should refer to it as broke into the lab and wrecked everything even breaking into our gene-vault, I was nearly killed and Lucian was severely injured by it but we managed to get away..."

"Rear Admiral Brook was cut off from the main force, the other officers attempted to rally and find her in a attempt to contain and shut down this thing before it was too late. The machines however lead them to a trap. It sabotaged the main-reactor and kept them pinned, stopped them from moving from their cover. I lost connection with them but I doubt anyone else made it off the station... I feel the two of us are the only survivors but that might not even be for long. Admiral Brook ordered me to launch this ship, the Cernunnos; our secret project. We hadn't finished it, its nowhere close but she insisted that even if she and her forces died our work had to make it back to Terran command. I did as she asked, I carried Lucian into the drydock and aboard with me then did a jump immediately out of the station likely ripping half the docking port out with me but even that wasn't enough. The ships been hit and without shields it took the brunt of the damage personally. I managed to contain the breaches but the flight control got hit by an EMP or something from the station. It's completely fried. I fixed what I could but without star maps I can't pilot this thing further and our comms can't reach anything with the Nebula's interference... I fear we might starve to death before we get help, if it ever finds us. Lucian, or I suppose as I should officially be referring to him as 'Analytic Operator Thirteen' is heavily injured and under life support, the pod is trying is best to treat his wounds but our supplies are limited and honestly if we didn't put him into syncronisation, the boy's body proberbly wouldn't even have a chance of keeping itself together right now but... I will try my best as I promised. He is my responsibility and as such, I have shutdown most of the ships functions keeping only the basics running. Conserve as much power as I can to keep his pod running, I've also moved what limited medical supplies I could into the chamber hopefully it can keep him alive long enough..." Austin continues on the video to explain, with a desperate look mixed with both grief, anger but also a acceptance of what he saw as his own likely fate.

"If you are with the Terran Military, I take all responsibility for all the violations I may have broken here and request you do not punish him for this. Hooking him up was my decision, not that of the child. If you are not of the Terran military I have two simple requests for you. Please guide this ship, top secret in design and keep it out of enemy hands, but a a second a far more personal request one. If Lucian has survived this ordeal, please try to keep him safe. Even though he was not, I would be proud of his efforts and his growth to call him my own Son. Don't let him die if you can help it before you make it back to the station... I have commanded once this video plays for the system to erase my ID and allow you to create a CommandID, this will let you get control and hopefully be able to protect our legacy." The video plays to its end, the final word carrying a request likely now between the dead and the living. Leaving the room quiet and dimly lit, only the red emergency lights and the glow from the seemingly active commanding officers console remain.

Once the video completes the console changes, simply to a screen pending creating a new ID, requesting a name and handprint scan.

When the duo eventually re-established contact with the ground, Torvahk quickly drew and unfolded the sniper rifle he found before remarking, "Targets airborne, spotted easily." He couldn't help but think to himself how badly he wished he could actually fly, as if it were a natural function missing for his kind. He would have to settle for being able to run quickly and jump well unless he somehow figured out how to defy gravity. He would then quickly rush into the thicker foliage before slowing down, trying to reduce the amount of noise he made...which was difficult with an armored spacesuit, but not impossible.

"Uh..." Greg looks suddenly a bit troubled as Christopher innocently passes off the decision-making onto him. "I'm having trouble deciding too, though..." he says, looking hard at the menu. As Christopher looks up at him with his infection smile, he looks up as he seems to have an epiphany. "I know! Let's just buy one of every combination possible. That way no need to choose!" he says with a grin, sounding like this was the greatest decision ever. It probably isn't.

The donut maker looks understandably surprised as well. "Not to tell ye how to spend yer money sir, but ye realize that's quite a bit of donuts yer orderin', yeah?"

Greg waves a hand dismissively. "Eh, it's fine. Plus this way, I can get donuts for all my crewmates too, so...win-win." he answers. "Now, I've got credits burning a hole in my pocket, so let's get these donuts doughing!" he says with a chuckle.

"What are you ordering? Remember, I'm new to the whole food thing, so ya know, don't shock my system by giving me something weird. I have a stomach now and am not trying to find out what indigestion and that diary unpleasantness feels like." At the remark about clothes shopping, he quirks an eyebrow slightly. Christopher just giggles loudly and cheerfully at the Captain's decision. "Yay!" He'd likely be bouncing up and down as well but with his leg's shaking from the cold he can't really bring himself to do that. He was very excited right now though. "Captain what are donuts like? He asks curiously watching as they are prepared, also having pushed himself in leaning against the Captain and pulling the adult coat wrapped around himself tightly.

Eyala nods vigorously, "Let's go inside, which one is your cabin?"

When she sees that her counter attack was overly effective, Lex panics slightly and rushes over to Kyerine, gently helping him up, cursing at herself in Kirina, "Come on, let's all go inside and get warm."

A fairly large figure in a cardinal red and autumn gold winter coat walks right past the group, heading for Dom and Mike's cabin. They consult a piece of paper for a few seconds, before rapping sharply on the door.

Blackwell Cabin

Chris giggles and has to be careful not to splash his hot tea on them both, playfully swatting at Peter's hand, "Nu, stahp, bad Percy." As Peter adds honey to his pot, a pair of spoons glide out of the silverware drawer and plunk into their drinks, stirring themselves of their own accord. Slipping an arm around Peter's waist, Chris removes the spoon from his drink and takes a sip, walking with him toward the lounge area, "Wonder if this place only has movies from 20th and 21st century Terra for no plausible reason, too."

Seeming to sense a disturbance in the Greg, he sends him a telepathic message, "Dear, you aren't about to spend our retirement fund on an obscene amount of sugary lumps of fried dough, are you?

Cernunnos

Cor exchanges a sidelong glance with his husband at Russell's comment about magic, "Silly is a matter of perspective, and if the maker is doing their job, it's not the silly bits that are the most important parts, but the message that goes along with it."

Merrick takes the papers and neatly arranges them into a series of stacks. He sets the stack having to do with the tech beside Amos and takes the set of papers concerning medical personnel to Tor, and looks it over with him, "You seem to be better versed in this sort of thing than I am, are you having any better luck reading through the lines?"

Cor watches the video with an expression unreadable for most, though his husband may be able to tell by his twitching ears that he's highly stressed out by what he's hearing. Once it's over, he stays silent for a few moments, before quietly speaking, "Lucien'...'The child'... Might be a trap... Or we might be about to save someone from a living hell... We don't have any means of contacting the Terran Military to find out about this place and what they were doing, do we?"

Tor nods along with Cor's reasoning, after a brief chuckle at the remark about magic from Russel as well. "You could say we have a rather close relationship with magic." he adds. He takes the medical documents from Merrick, looking over them briefly, but his focus is drawn to the video that Amos plays. He goes through a brief mix of emotions as Austin explains the story of the ship and the people that were lost and in the process of being lost in it. His hand squeezes tight around Cor's as he seems to sense his distress. "If it was, then we probably wouldn't be here right now. They would have radioed and got assistance, more than likely, so they must be broken...and I doubt the one on our ship would be within range of any Terran Military frequencies...one of us could fly out to test the ranges, but there's no telling if the life support here would last."

Amos, meanwhile, stands affixed to his spot as the video plays and ends, focusing heavily on the contents now as well. "Thirteen...that dream. No..." He briefly recalls the details of the small child he had encountered in his shared dream with the others, and then quickly turns to look back at the sealed door to the Analytic Operatior bay. He only takes a second to make a decision. Without a word to anyone, he places his cybernetic hand over the handprint scanner.

Tor quickly speaks up, converned about the engineer's sudden rashness. "Amos...what are you-"

"Tor, you know what I'm doing. I'm going to save this boy, that's been put through God knows what because of these goddamned, selfish people. Too many people are hurt on a day to day basis because of crap like this! I am not letting this end this way!" he says, raising his voice slightly as his body seemingly trembles a bit. "I'm going to give this a happy ending. I'll take the responsibility. Lucian deserves it..."

Tor is silent for a brief moment at Amos's response but gives a silent nod of approval. "As long as you understand and are okay with what you are doing...I won't stop you. But, be prepared for whatever consequences might follow..."

"You mean diarrhea? As long as the food's not contaminated, we can digest practically anything." Val replies, nuzzling his stone-textured cheeks against Rakiri's stomach. He syncs the datapad to the TV so that the latter displays the relevant sites.

"Mike's been badgering me about getting you dressed properly, and as much I prefer you undressed, I kind of agree with him. I could call him right now, if you want." Mitch borrows the datapad to start looking through food, closing in on wraps with insect stir-fry fillings along with fruit juice. "I was thinking we could get some of the Alotos and Kirina variants and compare them."

Lex, Jiko & Izzie's Cabin

"You could come with us too to hang out for a while, if you want. We've got plenty of room." Izzie offers Camélia as they walk to their cabin. She takes off the coat that Lex lent her and puts it over Kyerine. "Are you normally this sensitive to cold?" She asks with concern, before opening the door.

Their cabin is built with sturdy wood, with an organic shape that makes it look almost like an actual tree. The inside is built similarly and smells faintly of sweet spices, with oval windows letting in plenty of sunlight into the otherwise cozily lit living room. The furniture is largely made of polished wood and stone and the appliances are high-tech while keeping a rustic aesthetic, the centerpiece being a large round table doing double duty as a coffee and dining table with a hologram globe for a computer accompanied by low cushioned chairs.

Blackwell-Brandt Cabin

"Well, at least they're pretty good. Let's see what we have." Peter chills his cup of tea as they sit down, and he turns on the TV, sifting through a selection of programs and movies.

"I can smell it from here, you know. Also, I think you were supposed to be shopping for something else." Peter adds in, sharing the aroma and taste of his tea with Greg in return.

Dominic & Mike's Cabin

The door slides open once Zsolt finishes knocking, to the sight of Dom doing slow stretching exercises. He doesn't turn sideways to look at him, but he seems mildly surprised before returning to his regular stoic expression. "Remind me to check if we have any of our people at our next destination." He says, remotely closing the door behind Zsolt once he's stepped in.

Snowdrift Woods

"Know someone?" Mike says with a prideful chuckle. "I'm an exemplar of air manipulation, and taught its intricacies to enough people to fill several platoons. The art continues to be refined each time it's passed down. It would reflect badly on me if I didn't teach my students well enough to do that."

In contrast to Torvahk's steps, any noise Mike made was heavily muffled, only audible to Torvahk because he's standing close. Once they've made it further into the woods, Mike stands still and starts to sing a whistling tune, his surprisingly high-pitched voice clearly reminiscent of birdsong.

Chris snuggles close to Peter and lays his head on his shoulder, "Whatever you wanna watch is fine with me, babe. You're really comfy."

Don't eat too many cream filled ones, I want a couple. Plus you tend to have digestion issues with too much dairy.

Dominic and Mike's Cabin

Zsolt removes his coat and hangs it on a hook by the door, "Didn't know I still counted as our people after all this time. Who's all here?" he asks him, holding out a hand to Dom, who should know that Zsolt will pull him into a bear hug as soon as he takes it.

Cernunnos

Cor squeezes Tor's hand back, comforted by Tor's attentive nature, "That's true enough."

While he seems to agree with his husband's assessment of Amos' actions, Merrick seems more hesitant, "I don't disagree with you, Amos, but don't let your emotions get the better of you. This place isn't safe enough to just be running head-on through it without a plan."

He takes a deep breath and pulls it away, looking up as the lights seem to regain power as command switches over to him. "I have a plan...I want to do good with this technology. Maybe it was created as a weapon...but it can be used for good. I'll find a way to do that..." he says, with conviction.

Tor watches Amos silently for a few moments before giving a subtle smile. "Well, you've got plenty of people willing to help you do that, that's for certain. I'm sure there's a way to make good use of it...you're the one to do it if anyone." He looks back to the stack of documents in his hand given to him by Merrick and takes the stack meant for Amos as well, sticking all of them into a pocket on the inside of his coat for later. "Now that you command the ship, where should we go? I think there's only one real choice." He looks over to Russell at his comment, nodding in agreement. "You're right. And we're wasting time idling here."

Amos glances back over to the Analytic Operator Bay and manifests a digital screen. "Let me link up with the ship and I'll see about getting that door open..." he says, and closes his eyes, concentrating intensely as he tries to sync up with the ship's functional systems.

"It's kinda like being on the phone except there's no phone. And no one else can hear it. Which means i should probably stop responding out loud..."

You have 48 to choose from, so I wouldn't worry. he says internally this time to Chris.

"Alright, we're all finished here." The donut maker speaks up, presenting four dozen boxes of donuts and two more in paper sleeves, which he hands to Christopher, one for him and the Captain to enjoy now. Both of them are covered in a light glaze, and a dusting of powdered sugar for added sweetness.

How is what I usually wear not proper? And who the hell even defines what's proper and what isn't? Mike isn't the damn fashion police, last I checked. Who the fuck even wears capes?" he says, now with an indignant scowl.

Torvahk then asked with annoyed confusion, as the whistling to him sounded like someone speaking gibberish.

Gemini Nebula - MMS Cernunnos

Bridge/CIC

Amos can focus and try to link up to the ship, though it seems like many of the ships systems are offline or protected and reserved by a the ships VI. That being said the Captain's systems are online and able to be accessed and without trouble he can lift the lockdown on the command centre. He can also see the security grid is offline, which given his three friends are still marked as Intruders by the system might be for the best. Russell walks up besides Amos nodding up at him trying to act strong, even if he was scared he shared some of Amos' conviction and wanted to help.

Analytic Operator Bay

Heading over and into this room, it's dimly lit and cool like a refrigerator. The group can enter inside. The room has a far more 'engineering' feel to it, less smooth paneling and instead of few bits of pipework; some covered in condensation and a metallic finish to the floor and walls. A computer console sits right of the entrance that seems unlinked to the rest of the system directly. Yet perhaps what will catch the groups attention more solidly is in the back of the room is a large and tall glass-looking cylinder full of a slightly greenish liquid and floating inside of it familiar to those in the dream is a gaunt, and currently malnourished boy with reflective silver hair. Wearing a unusual mask with the number 13 painted upon its forehead and a number of cables flowing from ports upon it out down to the floor of the pod. Besides the pod dimly lit monitors seem to list vitals and medical information. His blood pressure and heart rate was down, his oxygen levels were very high, his blood sugar was very low. It's clear he's been kelp in some kind of stasis or support to keep him alive though the ship's effectively run out of resources to maintain it properly.
Another thing that is immediately noticeable is that despite this suspended animation his brain activity is off the charts and it appears there is a extra brainwave, but its mechanical like a perfect sine wave present as well that seems to be overpoweringly and altering the organic one like it's forcing them to sync up. Russell as the group enters is on guard at first but pauses... "That round thing over there." Raising a hand at the pod. "Am I right, there’s someone in there? Like in a liquid?" He sounded confused trying to make inferences from his echolocation.

Christopher lets out a long breath as the Captain reassures him, nodding strongly to him. ”Okay!” Looking up to the donut maker and taking the small bags with the individual donuts from him and despite his shaking legs bounces with an infectious grin at him. ”Thank you Mr Donut Man.” In a innocent and polite tone, holding the donuts like his life depended on it, or that he’s been given a super important mission. Looking back up at the Captain. ”Would the tele- tela-...” Pauses not remembering the word. ”Would the friend you’re talking to like a donut too?” He asks with a genuine tone of charitable concern.

Lex, Jiko & Izzie's Cabin

Kyerine as he’s slowly helped inside pauses at what Izzie says before responding in a slightly slowed way, looking like someone with a migraine. ”Kyerine never had this happen before.” Replying innocently before continuing though his tone in his slightly more mature and scientific voice.
”-but Kyerine never been in cold like this with ice before. If Kyerine had to guess, Kyerine think it because Rysha are ectothermic not endothermic in their primary state. We absorb thermal and electromagnetic energy from our surroundings.” His response likely making condition now understood; even in his own winter jacket and now this extra one. The extra insulating layers on their own won’t make him any warmer if he doesn’t produce any heat himself, just slow the cooling process.

Matthew gives a side glance at Lugo. ”Suit yourself.. Moron. He replies as he kneels down below the counter and picks up a pair of small bowl and puts them on the counter, and takes the pot off the boil and starts serving up two bowls of spaghetti, adding a tiny bit of grated cheese and a dash of chopped herbs. They both look remarkably professional and well done.

Blake smirks at Lugo. ”I wasn’t serious about the drugs either, no this here.” He shakes the vial. ”-is just incendiary fluid.” adding that seriously but way to casually; proceeding to clear up the small lab he has putting away the foul smelling chemicals into a box and the vial carefully into a small and secure container on a trolley behind himself. ”Got to say, you already earned one point with me whoever you are. I can respect anyone who enjoys a good drink.”

"Whoa, sorry. I was just poking fun at you, I didn't mean anything by it. Also, his words, not mine." Mitch quickly apologizes. "I was just thinking it couldn't hurt to get more kinds of stuff to wear. And the cape's a substitute for when he's not wearing his wings. I think they look kinda cool, to be honest. Weird, but cool."

"So, I'm guessing that's a no to calling him? And what do you think about the food?"

Dom & Mike's Cabin

"Of course you are. What would that say about me if it were otherwise? I haven't been back to Hestia since either." Dominic accepts the handshake, and while he doesn't reach out like Zsolt does for the hug, he does open his arms to accept them. "Mikhael, Mitch, Val, Izzie, Percival and myself." He offers Zsolt a seat, and goes to take one himself. "Anyone you were looking for in particular?"

Lex, Jiko & Izzie's Cabin

"So you're cold-blooded? All the more reason to get you inside, then." Izzie ushers them in, and turns the thermostat up a bit once they're inside, before closing the door. "What kind of drink would you like?" She asks the others.

Peter pets Chris' hair as he continues to sift through the choices, before an idea comes to mind. He switches menus, and starts looking over video games instead. "Speaking of Terran stuff, Kingdom Hearts 3. That's from their 22nd century, right? I think you said you wanted to try it out."

"I'm not talking, I'm echolocating." Mike answers Torvahk before he resumes singing. He starts to map out his surroundings and targets, turning his head around back and forth to connect his vision to it. At the same time, he takes out his bow and an arrow.

Rakiri rolls his eyes before looking back to the datapad, looking at the food selections available, clearly still fuming. "I can walk around in a blonde afro, platform shoes, and a sparkly pink tutu if I wanted to. And it would be no one's damn business but mine. And no, don't call him. I want him to spout his crap to my face. Then I can punch him in it..." He grumbles. "The food is fine, just order whatever."

He takes the datapad and starts searching for punk-style clothing. "If I'm getting new clothes though, I'm picking them."

Rakiri quickly turns back to Mitch, glaring slightly and ready to argue back. "I'm sorry if I'm tired of just going along with what everyone else wants despite my own damn feelings. I've only had to do that for literally more than half my life." he starts, managing to keep and even tone. He goes to continue on his tirade, until Mitch fully explains his point and he trails off. "...What? He just wants to get to know me...? Well, why the hell didn't he just say that...? I would have just said yes if he, you know, just asked like a normal person..." he mutters, less angry and more frustratedly confused at this point because of his inability to really figure out Mike and his motives. "We aren't fighting a war. All this roundabout crap isn't necessary..."

He pauses for a minute and sighs as he listens to Val, and Mitch's request. "Ugh, alright, fine. I won't punch his face in...Sorry. You know how I get sometimes about stuff..." he says, turning to look out the window.

"No problem there, lad. Hope you enjoy it." The donut man says to Christopher with a smile. Greg steps forward and pays for the order, before taking the four, 12-dount boxes to carry. At Christopher's inquiry he nods with a grin. "I plan on taking all these back to share with everyone, yeah. We can have a dount party, heh!" he says with a chuckle. He looks at the donuts in Christopher's possession and nods expectantly. "Why don't you go ahead and taste it?"

Amos leads the way inside as the door opens, bombarding him with a slight chill as he enters. He pauses only for a moment before his attention is immediately drawn to the stasis pod in the back of the room. "It is him...from the dream..." He glances over to Russell at his question. "Yeah. His body's been put into stasis...it's like I was before the othets found me, almost." he explains and quickly heads over, not waiting for the others to follow. Once he reaches the pod, he stops and stares up at it, placing his hand on the cool surface of the glass. "We need to get him out..."

Tor follows after Amos, being drawn to the the medical monitor in front of the pod. "You're right. He's in bad shape..." He says as he reads over the displayed results. "I'm glad we made here when we did. This environment wouldn't have kept him sustained for much longer..."

Amos digistructs a series of screens before himself, looking at a variety of information. "I'll work on undoing the stasis process..." He looks back to Thirteen in the pod. "Just hang on alright? I'm gonna get you out..."

Tor's expression quickly goes from analytical to confuses as he looks at the brainwave readings. "...Wait. Something isn't right here. His brainwaves. It looks like...there are two readings and one looks like it's almost...overtaking the other. That shouldn't be possible."

Amos immediately stops, glancing over at the monitor himself. "...Isn't that...a sine wave? Organics don't have those. Mehkari don't even have those..."

Tor takes a step away from the stasis pod, grabbing Amos and pulling him bacm a step. "...Run a scan on him. See if it picks up anything...off."

"Um, alright..." Amos complies and tries to run a biometric scan on Thirteen.

Dom and Mike's Cabin

Zsolt briefly lifts Dom in the bear hug before accepting the offered seat, "I appreciate that. Hope you don't mind, but I slipped on some ice on the way up from Snowdrift and jammed my leg while falling on my furry backside." he tells him while rolling up his left pantleg to undo the mechanism that secures his realistic prosthetic to his knee. After unfastening the two, he applies a salve to the agitated flesh, which, by the look of relief washing over his face, did help, "Sounds like you brought most everybody, don't really remember a Percival, though. Probably forgetting a few things; judging by the silver creeping into my reflection, not that surprising." He leans back comfortably, "Well, it'd be nice to see everybody again. I never did get the chance to see Mitch after... everything... so... he's probably the most pressing particular. Has he been ok? And do you guys ever hear from Ari?"

Lex, Jiko, and Izzie's Cabin

"I don't think he has blood, Miss Izzie." Nebris says politely while holding the door for everyone to come inside, "Can I have a cocoa??" she asks, excitedly.

"Of course you can, dear." Lex tells her while heading over to the kitchen to work on preparing the various drinks people would like.

"Some warm cider would be fantastic if you have it." Eyala says while setting her boots by the door, stepping out of her uniform, and hanging it and her cloak on a hook by the door, then pulling on a colorful, patterned vest and matching floor-length skirt over her simple tanktop and leggings. She makes her way over to the seating area and settles into the fabric of a short-legged seat with her legs tucked beneath her. She sets her wig on the arm of the couch and replaces it with a headscarf that glimmers rainbow hued as it catches the light.

She looks around at the round table before her encircled by low seats and smiles slightly, "Replace the chairs with cushions and this'd be just like home."

Chris purrs as Peter strokes his hair, and he kisses his cheek, "Ooh, that'd be fun, babe. Have you played it before?"

Scanning the system and the readings is both difficult in some areas and incredibly simple for Amos. Some of the technology overly-familiar, Mehkarian in style and some of it foreign, unusual, prototypes of other species. Scanning through the data you find a number of things but the ones that immediately stand out and are comprehensible to Amos would be.
Firstly one of his arms appears to be partly fractured, it's healed somewhat but it really needs some treatment still. Secondly that his entire body has been heavily augmented with digital components and electronics, his central nervous system intertwined in this beautiful symbiosis of bio-organic electronics using Mehkarian technology as its basis. The last thing Amos' scan will pick up answers the question about the brain waves, firstly that their high activity. As Amos suddenly has a grainy video feed appear, its familiar, overly familiar, THAT'S the location from the dream, it's not a real place but a location created within the ships VI's cyberspace that Thirteen is effectively stuck in. The reason for the second signal with its overpowering sine wave is that the ship's main computer seems to have a few corrupted files, likely from when the ship got EMPed and it's viewing Thirteen as a non-responsive rogue system that it's essentially trying to hack to regain control of.
The quickest and easiest way for Amos to fix this? Is probably just disconnecting the pod from the ship's VI, it'd also allow you to override and release the boy. Though just disconnecting something could have other side-effects. Alternatively he could try to correct the configuration that should have been done in the first place; though it might take some time.

Russell freezes, lightly tapping his foot as his head darts around as he puts his other hand back on the pistol for a moment, taking in a deep breath and leans his head against one of the metal walls. ”...Guys.. I don’t think we’re alone. I think I heard a door open someone nearby…” A intense look of concentration on his face as he is trying to listen for the slightest noise.

"Hmm, see do I. With animals do this I am familiar," Torvahk replied quietly before switching the visor mode on his armored spacesuit's helmet to infrared-based thermal vision. He then carefully looked around his surroundings while slowly approaching an evergreen tree one would expect to find in the alpines that appeared sturdy enough to climb. He then collapsed his rifle, put it away, and promptly jumped roughly 6 feet in the air before clinging onto a branch and pulling himself up with surprising agility. Torvahk would then continue climbing until he neared the top of the tree and began surveying his surroundings for potential quarry.

"Cool, if I feel like doing anything or need help I'll be sure to give a shout," Lugo told Blake before walking off through the hallways. He was surprised that he wasn't being escorted, but didn't mind. He didn't get the impression this ship was exactly a luxury cruiseliner, and at this point anywhere was safer than out there. Eventually he found an unclaimed room, opened the door, and promptly closed and locked the door before tossing his coat and collapsing face-up on the nearest bed. He didn't even bother looking at his surroundings right away, too tired with the events of the day to really pay attention to anything...although it was also equally possible that he was starting to feel a pizza coma coming on. Before passing out completely though, Lugo took the time to move what appeared to be a metal wardrobe in front of the door, should anyone break the lock, along with a sensor mine that would emit the sound of an explosion (without dealing any real damage), followed by high-pitched loud beeping right on the lock. After this was said and done, Lugo would fall asleep, figuring any serious defenses would be best left for a more permanent home.
