"You were the attacker. Don't worry, it wasn't your fault; you were mind-controlled, and nobody died. Hurt a few of us pretty bad, though, including yourself." Mitch explains to Matthew, turning towards the restraints. "They're to keep your psionics down so you don't hurt anybody until we get you checked out further."

Mitch gets up, looking for a camera so they can check out the footage. He then notices Blake coming in. "Hey there. Your brother's fine, just a little shaken up. Doesn't seem to remember what happened."

Kyerine blushes a little bit and giggles. "Really?" He asks hopeful and questioningly.
"Yay, I was worried you might be scared by it. I never showed my resonant form to people before!" He excitedly lets out as he hugs some more, the tail conveying his happy emotions even more as it waves back and fourth and the ears flicking up and down a little.

Mireille chuckled "You could not scare me Kyerine." She watched his tail flickingh about happily, her mouth forming a warm smile as she was happy about his obvious enjoyment. "Really, no one? I'm quite honored then Kyerine" She told honest.

"I did what...? Who did I attack...?" Matt questions confused.

Blake rushing over. "Tom, Jiko? Don't you remember anything about it?"

"No... Why would I attack anyone- wait who would try to control me...?"

"Our boss, Aryana, she was upset with me?"

"Aryana...?" Matthew questions confused before taking a moment and looking deeply at his brother Blake. "..who even are any of you, where am I?" Matt seems to genuinely question in deep confusion.

Blake is clearly taken back in a bit of shock. "Uh, oh you don't... We're on the Troperia, PRISM sent us on a mission remember...?"

"No... What's PRISM and that doesn't awnser my question. Who in the verse are you?" He questions with a little frustration and clear confusion towards the situation and his brother Blake. Clearing shaking Blake up quite a bit at hearing this question as well as not hearing any of the normal affection he would from him.

For Mitch, there would be a camera pointing at the cell. It would make sense, it is the Brig after all.

Michael just nods to Ana and watches confused about the situation though he could very much feel the pain that just struck Blake, especially after speaking with Matt in the past about him.

Kyerine giggles. "Well I havn't met many people since I left Arnok and I couldn't talk to anyone till I got aboard this ship." He responds with a bright, slightly toothy smile.

"Glad you're not scared!" He lets out again.

"You and Tor both said you would protect me and you both help me out. Everyone on this ship has been nice to me. Why wouldn't I trust you!" He responds hugging more, before pulling back and gesturing for him to be perhaps he put back on the counter but choosing to not just Warp out of the doctors grip.

Additionally he sniffs the air a few times looking around, also seemingly sniffing towards Mireille a little bit. Using his increased sense of smell, seeing he has it right now.

Mirelle gave a chuckle. Kyerine would be able to smell that she smelled like... well a plant. Her smell a certain wooden quality to it, but mostly she would smeel like... a mix between an orchid and how'd you expect a wineyard woud smell.

After being sat back down on the counter, his new tail waving back and fourth his ears twitching slightly. "Doctor you smell nice." He comments happily as he loudly sniffs looking around before sniffing at the insectoid and quickly covering his nose.

"You don't!" He comments again, not malicious but slightly repulsed.

The insectioid lowers itself slightly, taking a few steps backwards though it didn't seem to act in any upset way just trying to not make the boy uncomfortable.

Mireille had to chuckle "Aww, thank you~" Mireille turned to the insect, admiring how eventhough this must be incredibly cramped for it it still did not seem to damage anyting eventhough moving away from Kyerine and hence in an even more cramped position.

Kyerine stretched a little sitting on the counter with a bright slightly toothy smile still. Well he tries to stretch, his thick coat and warn pants definitely seemed to restrain him. Honestly in general in this increased form his clothes seemed quite tight in general on him. It clearly showed off his increased muscular strength as well.

"So got any questions or anything?" Kyerine asks curiously, clearly searching for both a little attention and trying to the doctors thoughts about this.

The insectoid was indeed very good at avoiding knocking any over. It was very nimble and agile when moving slowly in this environment.

Mireille had more than just some... she tried to not overwhelm him though. "Oh yes~ For a start, can everyone of you do that? Also... can you do this insinctively or do you need to train to be able to do this?" She already had her clipboard drawn and looked at him eagerly.

"They sorta went extinct, as I understood it...supposedly...Greg is obviously proof against that theory."

Lex shifts a bit in her seat, and hears her bangle jangle against the table. Smirking lightly, she rests her hand on Kijo's shoulder, pinkie finger stroking his necklace string, Remember to use this if you have to.

Meanwhile, she looks to Ricardo, "Are guests allowed?"

Lex nods subtly to Izzie, Hence why I'm going to go along. With or without permission."

He giggled slightly, happy that Mireille had questions. "Yeah almost all of us can do it in some way or another. We can for a short time take on and adopt the traits of our Rhyshan parents, or grandparents or- well you get it. Normally our forms are completely decided by our parents partner species." He explains with a happy flick of the tail, clearly able to go into more detail but keeping it at the basic level for now.

"We can't do it from creation, it takes us quite a few years before we can do it. Like, urm-I guess puberty is the closest word but we need training to control it." Kyerine starts to explain clearly having difficulty explaining it to a outsider. "It's called a Resonance shift, or in my case just a Half-Shift... I never managed to gain control over my full shift. W-when I do it I lose control still..." He continues to explain with a slight look of embarrassment, at having to admit how much of a child he is for his species.

Kyerine also giggled slightly. "Yeah i'm stronger in this form, a lot stronger. I can smell better and well I think most of my senses are better, especially smell. Then I have these claws I guess." he states looking at one of his hands.
"Other than that urm... I don't use it much i'm not really sure. I have better balance I know that.." He continues, thinking carefully trying to think if there is any more.

"Other Rhysha are all different though." He adds as a final comment.

"No not indefinitely. I'm constantly needing to expend energy to maintain this since my body is bigger than its used to needing to maintain. Already converting some into pure mass to make up the new tissue and then it needs energy to continue functioning, more than I naturally have... You know it puts my body out of equilibrium." He tries to analytically explain as he goes along using his knowledge of chemistry and physics to give better insight.

Kyerine uses a hand to help pull up a leg up very flexibly across his lap. Seemingly feeling the end of his hightopped shoe which to Mireille's eye, its toe has bulged slightly proberbly due to the boys sudden growth. Though brief in his expression its clear that he might be a little uncomfortable right now but he wasn't verbally complaining.

Mireille wrote that down too, yet again impressed by how analytical Kyerine could be "Wonderful, now I do have some questions~" She looked at the shoe "but first... don't you want to maybe get out of your shoe... it looks a bit uncomfortable"

He looks at Mireille and nods slightly. "I didn't want to just do it in the middle of the lab." He replies taking it off, then pulling up and other leg and doing the same. Putting them besides him on the counter before dangling his legs over the edge again; his toe nails like his finger nails have become sharp claws, foot more muscular and almost animal like in its joints.

"Sorry Doctor. Soooo what more questions do you have?" He questions again with a playful and also relieved smile as he stretches his feet slightly.

Kyerine shakes his head quickly, his now rather long hair flickering everywhere. "Its painful to do it on its own yeah, but that is part of our training. I adjust my body to dampen all my pain receptors so it's just a little uncomfortable and stings but it doesn't hurt now I do it." He explains with his tail flickering back and forth a little.

Aasha shook her head at Peter, waving her hand dismissively.

"N-Nothing. It's nothing. Just wondering how a part-Alphyxi is out here when I thought they hadn't been seen for years."

She shrugs at Russell, not knowing the answer herself.

"I'm not sure either. I'm sure there are some around, just that nobody recognizes them. Like with this part-Alphyxi."

She nods at Chris.

"Yeah, I don't think they went extinct either."

Russell responds encouragingly to Aasha with a enthusiastic smile, seemingly fantasying a little what they're like in his mind. The entire concept of where they're going completely slipping past in his mind.

Kyerine paused a moment before giving a wide smile, some small fangs protruding as he nods. "Sure thing!" He enthusiastically replies.

"Urm could you help me get this Jacket off? I don't wanna rip it with the claws Tor got it for me, but it's making it a little hard to move in this form." He asks with a tilted head. As was previously noted this is pretty true, he had a pretty thick essentially winter jacket on since it helps keep him warmer; a preference over a requirement.

Troperia Observation Room / ???:

As Torvahk remained in deep meditation, the void of space around him gradually faded to white until he was surrounded by nothing but solid white. At least, it seemed that way. A tiny spec of shadow appeared in front of Torvahk that rapidly grew into his silhouette before details and colors filled in the gaps, creating a perfect facsimile of the alien in his unarmored form. Torvahk would spend a few moments stunned in bewilderment before trying to speak with his duplicate, He would receive no response however, and Torvahk would notice that not only was his shadow copy not responding to stimuli, any attempt to touch or throw stuff at Torvahk's shadow clone would only result in said objects phasing right through them. Eerily enough though no matter where Torvahk went, the shadow clone's focus would follow as they stared blankly at him.

In a few moments Torvahk would essentially watch himself gradually age at a fast-forwarded rate, eventually succumbing to the forces of entropy as his shadow clone's feathers dulled, his features become worn, and his body rapidly transformed to stardust, falling over backward with his arms out with a bizarre smile on his face as the shadow clone turned to oblivion, and the background was once again the seemingly endless void of space. While Torvahk wasn't sure if there was anything meaningful to interpret from that, he couldn't help but become lost in thoughts about mortality, mainly wondering what he'd be reincarnated into in the next life.
