In a pang of nostalgia, I've decided to create a discussion thread for all the old machinima series that have faded into obscurity in the last decade. Red vs Blue was among the first machinimas and it is the most enduring. However they were many many other excellent machinima series that have sadly ended.
I remember watching series like Deus Ex Machina, the Codex, Lost: Halo Style, Omega Team, Project Legacy, Brothers of War, and many many more as a kid. The Halo 2 and 3 era was a veritable golden age of machinima series. Now, they've all faded away. I can't even find the old episodes for some of them anymore.
So this a thread for anyone who remembers watching any of the old machinima classics that entertained a whole generation of game lovers with their snarky humor or video game violence. Most of my experience comes from Halo Machinimas but productions of any game are welcome here. Reminisce, critique, discuss. Even though these series of the early internet have ended, perhaps here we can keep the memory alive.
