The policy is roughly the same as the one for images. Don't have specific threads for each page, but we do have one thread
for general discussion.

Any number of quotes can go on a pages Quotes section, but there's generally supposed to be no more than one quote at the top of the main page. Is there a rule for deciding which quote goes up there?
Is it strictly a first come, first served deal? Is there some way we're supposed to gather consensus on a page quote? Or can anyone change the quote at will, and someone else change it back, or change it to yet another quote, and so on and so forth?
