Curious Tfs's thoughts when they get to Baby. Perhaps the only legit good arc in the show.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."I also thought it was a different universe, but this episode all but nixes that.
There's no indication whatsoever that this Cooler is a different Cooler from the one Frieza and Cold know. The family drama is played as if this is the whole family, all together in one place with nothing weird or off about it.
Meanwhile, Bojack is used to show us what amounts to a hilarious offscreen moment from DBZA 60, which Cell confirms as having happened the way Bojack remembers it.
We may get more information when Cell and Raditz visit the other neighborhood next episode, but as is it seems like the answer to how the movies happened is a Shrug Emoji.

My Tumblr. Currently liveblogging Haruhi Suzumiya and revisiting Danganronpa V3.So next question.
What's the name of the background song that plays from 11:44 to 13:06?
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult. Is their original outing for Dead Zone still online?
GTFS Episode 12-14 commentary, where Lani and Kaiser Loods their minds to a much bigger degree.

Para Para.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."I'm gonna get nightmares of those scenes with the Pan doll.
Should have vaporized that creep.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult. Also now people get to experience why several countries just skipped this arc the first time it got aired and went straight to Baby's.
As wow its bad.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."Baby does sound like a cool villain. He's some kind of bio parasite created by the Tuffle race that got genocided by the Saiyans, and he wants revenge.
Also has the ability to mind control people on a mass scale.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult. He's Hatchiyak, but in a format that people would actually be likely to experience. Hence why when you mention Baby people are like "Oh, that villain from the bad Dragon Ball show" but when you mention Hatchiyak people say, "You're just making up words now."
FUN FACT: When I was a kid, I first heard about the Baby arc through extremely vague and brief mentions gleaned online and from anime communities with zero context, so literally all I knew about the arc was that this was an arc of Dragon Ball Z about Goku fighting someone called "Baby Vegeta".
I was. Um. Picturing. Something very different. And wild. Very hard time wrapping my head around it.

Secret SignatureI can accept names like Piccolo and Cell but NOT BABY.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.Baby and Hatchiyak being pretty much the same concept is something Heroes caught on:
Kinda? The major difference is Baby is well sapient. The big robot monster thing was given to Hathyiak's other expy Anilaza in super.b(which is a universe 3 thing in general as most members take heavily from GT's bad guys)
Also a fusion of all three would be soo cool.
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."Together, they form the great Baby Hatylasa
My very first introduction to Baby was Xenoverse.
I had no idea why Vegeta was a great ape and being called Baby.

The boys are back with another GTFS, this time, losing their minds (again!) over Pan's "spotlight" episode with Giru, and them finally concluding this...arc(?) before we meet the real Boss Baby.
My gay self only know of the Pan episode for one reason alone: Trunks shirtless.
To win, you need to adapt, and to adapt, you need to be able to laugh away all the restraints. Everything holding you back.Better than his father, who is always shitful.
Okay, but to be fair, we're talking about Vegeta. Someone being better than him, moral highground-wise, is a low bar to clear... and in the purposes of talking about Team Four Star, especially the TFS version. With how oh-so-deliciously-evil Vegeta was, it would take nothing short of someone insanely skilled to bring about a Lord Freeza to eclipse even him... but, of course, Martin Billany slays as Freeza, so it works out.
Actually, while I'm here, there is no feeling, quite like beginning to get into both Yugioh Abridged, and DBZA at the exact same time during my middle school years, and going back and forth, hearing the same voice, firstly from... EVERYONE in Yugioh Abridged, and then the Freeza guy in Dragon Ball Abridged... just seamlessly, on that matter. And with that kind of cadence where, every time he and Vegeta are in the same room... he just wants Vegeta to know... he'll never reach Freeza's level.

Robin: Don't ever ask me to dock with you again. Serious...There's a reason why all the other Saiyan characters besides Goku, Tarble, and Gine, are some of the worst people in the series.
TFS didn't actually shy away from Bardock being a genocidal space pirate, and it was their intent to rerail him back to that character when the Dub softened him up considerably. I'm not sure how the original version portrayed Bardock tho.
Tho Akira Toriyama did establish Bardock genuinely cared for his wife and saved her which is pretty un Saiyan.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult....I mean. For all we know, Gine still screwed over a metric boatload of innocent aliens, so who's to really say if she's a good noodle, or a good-compared-to-Vegeta noodle?
Robin: Don't ever ask me to dock with you again. Serious...
I thought the "other neighborhood" was a different universe.
