Opening on the basis of only one example.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickThere were more examples, but they were commented-out ZCEs.
If it's The Same But More Specific, there's no point in keeping it around. I'll vote cut.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThe major difference between this trope and Slimeball seems to be that Slimeball is about personality and behaviour, while this trope seems to focus more on appearance: a Slimeball who really looks the part. That would make it The Same But More Specific.
It does actually add something, because there is a media stereotype of a character who looks and behaves this way. Perhaps the appearance part could be moved to Slimeball?

A little bit of discussion in the YKTTW Crash Rescue Thread.
What little discussion there was was clearly "cut and send the YKTTW."
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Bump. Can I get it cutlisted?
Now known as Cyber ControllerThe trope building can resume on the original YKKTW thread which the trope owner seemed to have abandoned for a premature launch.
Cut it.

This seems like Slimeball. At best it's The Same But More Specific, but the "more specific" part just adds description, rather than seeming like a subtrope. Also I'd note that all examples but one have been commented out, which makes it seem like a poorly thought-out trope.
