Jenny Justice

So I recently discovered this show on a Spanish Cable Channel. What surprises me is that, despite obviously being an Affectionate Parody of American Comic Books, it seems to have been made in Spain (the credits mostly name Hispanic names.) Anybody here knows anything about it? There doesn't seem to be a TV Tropes page on the series so I thought I'd start one, but I might need help.
