Yeah. If the page is nothing but people just saying their IRL opinions, the page is not kosher.

[up]Well have you checked? You’re right if that stuff happens, it should immediately be removed, but besides echoing bigoted text, we would probably know if it was a hub for hate speech like Victoria.

Maybe we can check if it’s ever been mentioned on the Troping Works that Promote Bigotry thread too.

I’m sorry, but you have Stage 9 Animes.

[up][up] Where's a source for that? If we can't trope opinions on other peoples' behalf within the confines of works, that might be awkward for every single review show who has pages on this site.

I cant believe I am actually putting the effort for this, I am not complaining but if this goes through it will be the biggest thing change I've made on the wiki.

[up] Yes actually, the reason the reviewers "Opinion" is allowed is because they Put a narrative framing device or just a narrative period. And thank goodness you mentioned that, because that was EXACTLY what I had in mind with "People's opinions remanining on the wiki despite the rules."

EDIT: Canuck, you missed the point, I didnt say its a hub for bigotry, what I meant is that it is a biography with no narrative and it is also the opinion of the creator with zero Narrative framing. Neither of which are allowed. I got the more progressive and kosher biography by Trevor Noah Born a Crime removed because of that. It's not even that I direly want it removed. It just goes against the mission of TV Tropes.

Relax, it's just an inquiry. If you can link to us where the rule you're talking about is, we'll go over it, I don't want to form my opinion on a hunch and simply not liking a work, because that's not really fair to the point of this wiki.

Sorry, you are right, to be honest, if the final say is indeed to keep it I would be happy about it, but so far no one has ever tried to truly contest its inclusion on the wiki.

I don't even care about the political views of the works; I want Mein Kampf removed because (in my opinion) it doesn't have enough narrative content to be tropable. I wouldn't want us to have a page for Das Kapital either.
