So it's depending on overseas revenue more and more, huh?
So it seems.
Huh, strange that there was no December 2013 movie.
I saw a commercial on TV, and was like THIS IS STILL A THING?? THEY ARE MAKING MORE???
They milked Air Bud to the point of ridiculousness, don't see why they wouldn't do the same here. At least this franchise started with a silly premise.
Wasn't the most recent Air Bud movie about wrestling?
I thought that was Scooby Doo.

I know they eventually turned into talking animal movies starring his puppies.
And they saved Christmas once.
Star Chips. Really guys, those who tried to make a space pun title didn't even try hard enough. It's both a pun to starships and a nod to a Nicki Minaj song, which happens to be called Starships. Which is pretty much up their alley.
Signatures are for lamers.I actually made myself watch that alone.
It's pretty standard kid's movie fare. I don't remember it being too harmful. Also, for some reason the monkey had more screentime then the dog.
And the dog is voiced by the same guy who voices Jeff in Clarence.

...oh come on, these were the geniuses that had "MUNK YOU" as a tagline, for crying out loud!
Saw a recent TV Spot parodying Star Wars.
Really trying to muscle in on the Star Wars hype huh movie? (Funny since Fox used to own Star Wars.)

It's Over Anakin, I have the high ground!I saw that spot as well. I said that it would inevitably confuse grandmothers everywhere.

Peace is the only battle worth waging.I hope this movie crushes Star Wars. Alas, I have no desire to see it and the family that I love will probably ask for tickets once enough of them realize it's playing, assuming they haven't preordered me a seat already. So if it doesn't you can probably count me as part of the problem.
I needed a good laugh. Thank you.
Apparently releasing this movie around Star Wars may unfortunately sound like a good business plan since Star Wars would most likely be sold out and parents may take their kids to see Road Chip instead.
Honestly I wish they would stop making more Chipmunks, or at least put some effort into it.

It's Over Anakin, I have the high ground! He was making a facetious remark.
I wonder how much longer they will recycle these poses for the posters and in the films if they make more. One can almost make a drinking game from it. (Is Simon flipping us off?)
Also I wonder what's the point of having celebrity voice actors if they're just going to speed up the voices. It's something that's been there since the first.

It's Over Anakin, I have the high ground! So, out of a 90 million dollar budget it's expected to make 12 million in its opening weekend.
Not looking good.
Seems pretty low for a opening weekend, but am I guessing wrong and that is high?

How well did the previous Alvin and the Chipmunk movies do?
