I'm pretty sure that you're on the wrong website for that. Have you tried

(where they already have recaps of every episode)?

I was thinking about writing recaps for the older Arthur episodes (I haven't watched the newer ones, so can't really help there), but it's too much work for too little benefit - unless I can get at least one other person to help me out.
