And by Attribute. You mean 2 points I can stick anywhere on the sheet right?
You can use those points to:
A) Add 2D6 sanity (costs one point)
B) Raise a stat one level, to a max of four. This costs points equal to the new level; 0 -> 1 costs 1 point, 1 -> 2 costs 2 points, 2->3 costs 3 points, and 3->4 costs 4 points.
C) You can gain points by lowering a stat one level, to a minimum of zero. The points you gain is equal to the new level, so 1->0 gives you 0 points, 2->1 gives you 1 point, 3->2 gives you 2 points, and 4->3 gives you 3 points.

Sure, but I was planning it be a general knowledge of all languages besides Alpha Complex Standard English. If you specify, I will give a bonus or auto success for that language checks.
